It was in a less desirable part of the French Quarter and not close to most of the attractions. Also there is no refrigerator in the room and the room and bathroom was on the small side. The television did not work and the internet blinked on and off.

The first night they were going to put us on the 3rd floor. That meant that we would have to go up several flights of stairs. I have a back injury so that was going to be rough. The young lady switched us to the 1st floor and that was great. The place was very clean as well.

Beautifully renovated, this historic mansion was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, letting us check in early and safely stowed our luggage until we returned after we checked out.

I didn't like that you were only give one room key, I was traveling with a friend, and we had to leave the room key/fob with the front desk, in case we separated. Also, the key wouldn't open the front door, so you had to buzz the front door every time you wanted to come in. It did have the benefit that the hotel felt very safe because no one was allowed in without the front desk letting you in, and it was a small enough hotel the front desk workers usually recognized you by sight. Also, there was no fridge in our room, I would have preferred a fridge, because portions in NOLA are huge, and it would have been nice to have the option to bring leftovers back.

I thought the location was decent, it was just outside the French Quarter, close enough to walk, but far enough to be away from the noise/hustle and bustle. I thought the beds were comfortable, if a little on the soft side. Overall, for the price, I would probably stay again.

Our room needed more furniture, there was no table or chairs to sit. It was a bed and a tv. There was outdoor seating in front of other rooms.

Our room was near the front so it had street noise. The room was spacious however storage was poor and no fridge or counter space was available.

The water pressure in my shower was extremely bad. I could deal. I didn't mind the location. Some people had opinions, but I found it to be fine. The facilities could use an update, but it really was fine. I didn't use the pool. NOLA is the attraction. I did enjoy my room and the staff.

I enjoyed the privacy. It wasn't far to Decatur, Royal. My room was huge, with a big fridge, the bed was comfortable. I liked the table and chairs right outside my door.

Beautiful area, the second floor has a balcony inside, the pool, coffee (and pastries) in the morning, nice hot water, and comfortable beds.

The pool needs cleaning, the ac need to be serviced it loud, and room doors need to be adjusted so there's a better fit to the casing. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. There is a coffee pot though.

Although the hotel is dated and AC system is loud the location was pretty good. Close to several area restaurants and such. The Hop on bus is stop number 4 at the hotel and that as well was extremely nice. The city is amazing. The room was clean (a few ants though) but dated. The pool needs to be drained, cleaned, and the lining or color redone. The doors to your room should be adjusted too. They are loose and seem a little unsecure. There is security on site and that's cool.

I didn't like elevator it was very small, hot and scary. No breakfast just some old fruit and yogurt cups with mini muffins but no spoons coffee and tea no juice. They advertise a bar but its no alcohol, Just a bar seating area. The shower water smelled like well water for the first 2 days of my stay.

I like the location, not to far from all the fun but just far enough. You can walk or catch a uber. My room was nice and clean, I never had to ask for fresh towels.

I like everything.

The property was nice it had 2 swimming pools. A big one and a smaller one. The property is beautiful.
