Check in could be easier. Staff is not always available if you have a request or a question. The pet fees. Telephone isn't by the bed but in the dining area- one of the guests was in early morning /late night fight that woke us up and scared my grandchildren. We couldn't find the phone to call the desk, when we did no one answered.

I have booked here because it's close to family and they allow pets.

Dilapidated and noisy. No one at front desk upon arrival at 10:15 pm. Mold in bathtub. No one at front desk upon checking out at 9am. Had to pay increased room rate because room rate booked on line was overbooked. AAA discount was not applied even though card was presented.

There was black mold in the toilet and the kitchenette was pretty run down and gross. Didn’t want to take a shower after seeing those parts.

Being able to grab a coffee on the way out was nice.

Old rooms, all amenities are very old . The corridors where we walk has trash cans in many places . Not clean at all. No maintenance. I felt I could have spent little more and gone to some other place . You get what you pay for , I understand but I felt there is no cleanliness

The front desk offered me a king room while I booked a queen room because the queen had very bad smell and there are is no other availability. I liked that part .

Cable tv had limited channels that worked. Shower backed up, found thick disgusting hair clogging the drain. Booked because of a great online deal. My filters stated traveling with a pet. Charged pet fee of $25 per night at check-in. My stay would have been cheaper at another hotel with full breakfast. Breakfast consisted of lukewarm coffee (reheated in microwave in my room)and stale muffins, or instant oatmeal with lukewarm water.

The location was convenient. A lot of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean.

Bathrooms didnt work properly, no kitchen utensils in room or even when requested, no hot water or tea kettle in room, and very thin blankets provided for a cold night. Even heater did not work properly.

Bathroom was filthy. Floor dirty, bathtub dirty , hair in drain. Yuk 🤢, Black mold around caulking all around bathtub 🛀. Had to go out and buy bleach , gloves, and wire brush to clean myself. Not good ESA.

They had no laundry prepared. & NO SECURITY , we noticed a strange man looking into our car downstairs. We called front desk , but the girl said they didn't have security. And we found black mold in the bathtub 🛀 so my husband had to go spend money at the store to buy cleaning products to get rid of said mold. Not very good. & also a health hazzard for toxicology from black mold. A neighbor who has been here over 5 years said she is surprised they haven't closed down the whole building and tagged as unsafe, from the mold problem they are facing here at this particular location. So you have to wonder how many other rooms are affected? 😬🤔🤨

Close to many restaurants. & the Brea Mall. We ate at Cheesecake Factory.

staff may have been overwhelmed. staff was friendly and helpful, however they were not at the desk two different times when I went for help. I asked for a set of towels and they never came. we bought air fresheners to remove/mask odor.

The check in process was extremely slow, the computers were not working. The check out lady was rude. There was also a big blood stain on the closet curtain. They also did not clean the rooms after the end of the day.

No coffee. No body was in the lobby in the morning so frustrating to want to talk to someone and nobody is available.

My flight had just landed, and I was able to book and check in late.

There are a number of “working girls” living there. The beds are substandard. The rooms need to be gutted and redone because even though it says nonsmoking, it still smelled of old cigarettes.

The entire time I was there no one answered the phone. Even when I went down during the night and the next morning to see about my request in person I was greeted with just a sign and no staff. When the staff did come to the front it was after a solid ten minutes of waiting. In the room, the tub was scratched up heavily near the drain.

The room was what I paid for, nothing more nothing less.
