Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe only thing that we did not like was the bed and pillows. The bed was a little too firm for our tastes and the pillows were too big, we are use to memory foam and flat pillows,
The room was beautiful and very clean, The staff was very friendly. and the food at the restaurant was wonderful/ The pool and the hot tub were very clean.

United States of AmericaThere's really nothing, beyond having a few more loungers at the pool. The chairs weren't ideal for relaxing in.
After hiking around Silver Falls, this was such a needed place to just relax. It was tucked back into the hills and to say it was quiet, was an understatement. You could hear grass blow. The pool and spa were fine, but could have used a few more lounge chairs but we spent most of our time in the jacuzzi. The Fireside Lounge is where we spent much of our time after, the meals were perfect and the live music that evening just added to the ambiance. The staff in the bar, was so sweet and kind and we felt like we wished there were more places like this where we lived. Breakfast in the morning had substance, and comes with the room cost so it's not one to pass up. Our room was quiet and while we didn't spend much time on our patio, it was nice to know it was there and helped to add to the quiet with knowing there wasn't someone on the other side. The bed was soooooooo comfortable and the room was large. We stayed until the last minute of check out, and this place is one we will always remember.

United States of AmericaThe pool was nice, but there are only 6 lounge chairs at this resort and spa. Six poolside lounge chairs. There were many more patrons than lounge chairs causing dissatisfaction and people had to use the placed plastic upright chairs or metal bistro chairs at the pool. This was our only major complaint, but very significant to the satisfaction of the stay. There was no restroom facility at the pool, so we had to trek back to our room or go inside the main lodge to use the restroom.
Enjoyed the spacious room with patio, the onsite lounge with a good happy hour menu and nightly live music.

Easy check in. Breakfast was good and we were able to stay and visit for two hours. We didn't have time to check out the pool or other facilities but am glad they are available.

United States of AmericaThe AC in our room was a bit raucous and we did need it on (low).
I had my 12 y/o grandson with me and in spite of the fact that it was mainly senior citizens, we had a great time. Our room was comfy and clean; we loved the pool and the hot tub; took the tram around the gardens, visited the Frank Lloyd Wright house (not the tour), took lots of photos, enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and a wonderful breakfast the next day. It was certainly worth the trip! Thank you!

United States of AmericaWe always love rooms that come with decks; here the decks are in great need of refurbishing/painting. Otherwise it is a very nice space to relax and enjoy nature. Hope we find them painted on our next visit.
We had dinner and breakfast at the resort and we loved both. Breakfast was included in the price and was quite sufficient. They also have a Happy Hour from 2-5PM in the Lounge, which was great.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast in the morning could have been better. But it was nice they had a full spread and not just continental.
Very comfortable and clean. Was surprised they had housekeeping service, so many places do not do this after covid. The pool and hot tub were clean. Was nice to have the restaurant and lounge right at the property as well. The Moonstone Spa is also on the property and was amazing. It makes for a great relaxing getaway. The Oregon Garden is right next to it, which makes for a fun, easy activity. Not far from downtown shops and additional restaurants. Staff was friendly. Would stay again without hesitation.

United States of AmericaThe a/c unit was noisy, so we only turned it on when we went for our breakfast. We were out most of the day and the evenings were cool, so we just opened our door to the patio to let cool air into the room and cracked a window for the night.
Room was spacious, and had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, gas fire and a/c unit. Bathroom was clean and there was a back door to a private patio with table and chairs. The bed was comfy. Breakfast (free) was good.

United States of AmericaThe complimentary breakfast was fine but not exceptional. Better fruit and bread (bagel, waffle, english muffin, etc.) selections would have been preferable to something like the heavier biscuits and gravy that had been offered.
Room was plenty spacious including bathroom. Everything was well attended to. The grounds and private patio were nice extras.

I have stayed here before and wanted to return. We took a photography tour at Silver Falls State Park which is beautiful and close buy. The grounds are kept nicely and a pool to enjoy. Dinners were very nice and a bonus of breakfast. Service was top notch and I would highly recommend this property. I highly suggest to enjoy the Oregon Gardens next door.
