The master bathroom in my suite is exceptionally dangerous. No handrails, floor is slick and slippery, the glass shower partition edge presents a real fall hazard. The designer should be fired. A safety review should be consider for each room. Sorry, but you asked.

It was our wedding stay so we informed Palms 2 months in advance and reminded several times so just we have the best time and experience! I really though they will make our stay special, however it wasn’t so much apart from the beautiful room which I payed extra. On the arrival, the staff members were really unhelpful, I was standing to check in with my dress, flowers and all luggages all packed up, and he says that they do not have our payment so we have to pay again. I showed my booking, my statement and he just ignored it and said he can’t do anything and that’s it. He didn’t even try to look into it or anything. So we spend good 40 mins , I called booking and they said that there is problem not on my end but on hotels. Then I asked staff can he speak to the manager, and he came back all smiling saying I am sorry it is all fine - you paid. So it was really unpleasant experience especially for this day being 1 day before wedding. Staff member did not go not one extra mile to fix the issue and kept us standing there with all wedding staff for more than 40 mins. Keeping in mind reception is 2meter from casino area, so it was packed and crowded. We asked can we keep our staff somewhere once is all fixed and they said we can’t until we get your payment (WHICH WAS ALREADY PAYD BUT THEY DIDNT SEE). As I have previously been to many hotels, fancy and just simple hotels, I always receive helpful experience from the staff, who is ready to go extra mile to fix the issue. This time, on our wedding, we got stressful and unhelpful experience. Also, like probably many Vegas hotels, cigarettes are allowed inside, so smell is really bad inside the hotel. Lift to go to the room does not require any card or anything, so even if you’re staying in a fantasy tower be ready for some strangers coming up the lift, not always fresh and sober ;) I would suggest it should be some card requirement, just to feel a bit more safe :) bed felt very soft so was not comfy to sleep.

I booked better room “fantasy kind” , it was really nice, spacious, bright, amazing view, huge bathroom, loved the room!

There was a connecting door to the neighbor room. Unfortunately our neighbor was having a party with loud music at night. Security came by upon our request, but the party kept going when security left. We asked for a new room, and got one. The staff at the reception was very helpful, many thanks for that! However, it was very frustrating with this experience, and instead of going to bed at 23.15pm, we went to bed at 01.00am.

The A/C in our room was uncomfortably cold. There were no plugs near the bed so we had to keep our phones in the other room to charge for the night, and my husband had to get an extension cord for his CPap machine.

We had non smoking room, but one of morning from ventilation came cigarettes smell from other rooms.

Nice place were to stay in LasVegas. Rooms are wide and clean. 7min drive by car to main street - Strip Las Vegas were to see most popular objects like Sphera, High roller, mini Paris, night life in Vegas, etc.

The check-in process took so long even with a light load of customers. There were only 2 staff at the reception at that time, and i did not know why they spent very much time to handle the check-in.

the hotel was nice, there was a casino and several restaurants in the lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Dining at Mabel’s BBQ three food was good however told the restaurant was fully reserved for large parties but we could sit at the bar. During our visit only approximately 10 other guests were seated. Half of those were at the bar. In walking by several times that night it was never occupied. They were misleading and very irritating.

Hidden fees/taxes (different from booking.com). The room's mini-bar is a steal. You touch it and you'll get charged. Seems like it's a Vegas thing... and it's just terrible. The food court wasn't great.

The room is nice and spacious. Facilities have everything you need. Parking is free. Good location.

The staff did not clearly explain when charging us extra fees of taxes and should asked us to confirm if we used anything in the minibar before charging correctly. We had to double checked again many times.

Large room with comfy beds. One of my friend was sick, she neglected a moment and was robbed all of her stuff and the security acted very quickly to catch the thieves. The man was caught but the woman escaped. My friend got her luggage back but lost her bag with laptop. I believe the security did their best to chase the thieves.

The smoking in the casino really bothered my allergies. I understand the reason for allowing it, but it just gave me a headache being around it. The pillows in the rooms were not comfortable. The best were comfortable, but the pillows weren’t great quality.

It wasn’t right on the Las Vegas strip, so it wasn’t as crazy busy within the resort itself. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was incredible! The valet and parking was free!
