ANIMALS. Did not care to see dogs everywhere I went. For a top notch Hotel this was not acceptable for us. Especially in the breakfast buffet. Animals do not need to be around food PERIOD.

We had an overall great stay. We came from North Carolina for a reunion.

I like that it is close to airport. I always stay here when have flight. It is convenient and like that you can park there and take shuttle to and from airport. Rooms are comfortable and clean

No microwave in the room. I'm on a special diet and needed to microwave my meal and I couldnt.

There was a little people convention and everyone was so nice and accommodating to them. It was great to see.

Charge on credit card didn't match receipt. A call to hotel cleared it up but it left a bad impression.

I didn’t realize the breakfast was included in some rooms and not others. so that was frustrating. and I didn’t get the room I originally booked. I was traveling with my children and booked a room with two queens and we got a king bed but made it work.

it was a beautiful facility. the pool was big enough and enjoyable. the bed was comfortable and had the best shower.

The in house restaurant is not good. The food was poor and it was over priced. My advise would be to stay here and eat at one of the many restaurants close by.

We stayed the night before an early morning flight. The main reason we chose this hotel was the ability to park your car there($20 fee) and shuttle to the airport. That’s a good deal. Our shuttle driver Rich was prompt and extremely courteous. Room was very comfortable.

Entrance to the building from the street is little complicated. Like me as a first visitor, it was little confusing to get to the right way to turn.

The restaurant or room service doesn't open until 4pm. There is signage not to cross the street in front of the hotel, but that is why I picked this location! I was without a car and had to rely on a coworker to drive me across. There should be a cross-walk or walking bridge to get to the other side.

The breakfast buffet was nice and it was possible to have an omelet made on the spot! The restaurant had a bar and also a small shop to buy food, drinks and, essentials.

Pool closed. And price was hiked way up almost triple because of the steelers game. We were given and an accessible room which is fine but the way the door took very long to close is definitely a safety issue in terms of someone breaking into your room

The people in the room next to me were extremely loud. The hotel staff had to come up multiple times to quiet them down. It seemed like they should have been told to leave after the second time staff came up. I totally understand hotel staff can not control what guests do, but it seemed like they should have been kicked out much faster than they were.

the hotel did not have my booking, Even though I received confirmation via e-mail and the app. The hotel did help with the rate. But I am lucky I got the room once I arrived.

The elevators are dirty (walls!!). The floor at entry area and bathroom in room were dirty. The area had been swept, but not mopped etc. There was dirt on the front-side of the sink and on the door between the bathroom sink and shower-toilet area. You need to spring clean these areas! Last two points : there is NO place to put shampoo & soap in the shower except ON THE FLOOR + only ONE HOOK in shower-toilet area to hang anything. Towel(s) can fit on shower door bar.

Location, good. The breakfast was ok (the buffet, pre-covid was excellent). Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Check-in/Check-out was easy. Quiet floor, quiet room. Modern shower was hot & with good water pressure.
