Room was so small that even my luggage didnt fit in.

Weird angled toilet in my room was the only complaint - the angle was probably due to having to fit into an awkward space.

I found the room to be basic as expected but clean and tidy and I liked having two different outlooks as it was a corner room. The room was surprisingly quiet at night and overall I would stay here again.

Attitude of front office staff came across as arrogant and combative at times especially when inquiring about simple things i.e. extra blanket (not used to cold weather), misplaced room keys. Contrary to that, the housekeeping staff were always lovely!

I really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the property and facilities.

We had a standard small double room and it was a tight squeeze having a couple there for 4 nights. However manageable for a short stay and nothing the hotel staff could do.

The location and proximity to major attractions and subway was a major plus and all other guests were really friendly.

Not to have a kettle for hot water or coffee. Not to include breakfast or to coffee area in the mornings to buy it. Not to have a fridge.

Pod 51 is located in an strategic area to move around. The room was every day cleaned, the bed was comfortable.

Bedrooms were very small and the stay is relatively expensive, but I guess that is just what you need to expect for NYC.

Rooms including private bathrooms had everything you needed, even extra toilets on the hallway you could make use of. Staff was very friendly and happy to help anytime. Location is great near some sightseeing places and subway stations within 3 minutes walking time.

I did need my ear plugs here. The walls are good, but through the doors I could hear conversations from across the hall. However, this is NYC and I will stay here again.

The location is superb, right on the E line that takes you most places you would want to go. The shared baths are a real plus: the marble walls and cleanliness border on luxury! There was never a capacity issue for the shared baths. Having my own sink in the room made it all easy. The staff was good.

Breakfast wasn't that good and the staff in the common areas were rude.. I witnessed one guest nearly right hook one of them 😂😂

Lifts were really slow , air on very loud, lacks sustainably factor- lots of plastic, zero privacy between bathroom and bed, coffee bar opened only at 7 and closed early,

Location very central, clean rooms, at first sight rooms seem very small but staying there for 7 nights they are actually very workable. Lots of storage , Decent coffee bar

The room was a bit small, but it is somewhat expected considering the price. Everything was perfect besides this.

The location was perfect - easy to get to all the tourist places but quiet. The bed was comfy and the staffs were really nice and friendly.

The tiny shower was very uncomfortable, especially because the light on the wall (placed at shoulder height for some reason) would become so hot that it would hurt me every time I moved

I get that it's Midtown, but for the size of the space it's still quite pricey. Otherwise I don't really have anything negative to say about the property.

Room was very clean and had fresh sheets daily. Shower and bathroom were small but great. The location is awesome, easy to get around to many major attractions.
