When I arrived, there were two police cars in the parking lot. When asked, the officers stated that calls to this address (for whatever occasion) were a regular occurrence. The woman at the front desk canceled our reservation and tried to charge us as a walkin. After numerous calls to the Home office and finally talking to the GM at the site we were credited with the over charge.

Floor was dirty, and there were bugs in the room. For the price room size was fine.

There was no breakfast! This Portland motel 6 has gone way down hill big time! When there is black on your feet from walking on the floors/carpet that is really gross! The whole experience was yucky…we couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Certainly didn’t reflect the price paid. I expect a whole lot better cleanliness if paying over $100.00 a night. I even felt like I needed to look for bed bugs…..which thankfully there weren’t any!! I think that says it all!!

My friend needed a room also. I had booked several rooms a while ago. at a reduced rate. the rooms were cancelled. He bought his own room at a much much higher rate. I am reimbursing him the the full amount he paid. I will do business elsewhere for our next event!

this was a very expensive room and had no amenities: no shampoo, lotion etc, no hair dryer, no Kleenex. bed was comfortable but barely a blanket/spread. a/c was old fashioned and very noisy.

Dirty Blanket; Replacement Blanket with cigarette burn holes in it; 2'nd replacement blanket with hair and ink stains. Gave up trying to get a clean blanket at that point. Pervasive cigarette smoke smell in building. Went to get a hair dryer from desk clerk in the morning (none in room), had to wake him up first.

I did not like the area and the people who stayed there. The other customers seemed like some really messed up people which I also noticed at the other Motel 6. I don't know why Motel 6 has this trend; it's pretty creepy.

I really liked Ahmed (I think that's his name) who helped us check in the night we showed up. We were only able to book a one-bed room but there were 3 of us so he helped us get as many towels and blankets as we wanted to accommodate our stay. Next, the room was pretty clean (a lot cleaner than the Motel 6 in Danvers); the facility was clean enough. Most of the staff were pleasant and nice to us.

Property looked great from the outside, lobby was decent, we came into our room to a stained bed set, room had a foul smell and there were multiple spot where something was splattered in the walls and floor

No coffee available 2 out of the 3 mornings I was there. Heard staff swearing in the hall. Other staff member very abrupt. The mattresses were very old, lumps (springs?) could be felt.

The lobby and room were clean. Most of the staff encountered were friendly and pleasant.

It smelled like smoke on the 4th floor and made the room also smell I was under the impression that smoking was not allowed. Also the beds where very uncomfortable
