We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Ozark water and apples in lobby are a plus. Bathroom in the weight room is a plus Daily housekeeping. extra pillows/blankets were provided expediently coffee, tea, hot water and refrig in room shampoo, hair conditioner, soap provided walking distance to economy stores and restaurant good price compared to others in the area so I accept the old furnitures and building.

United KingdomNo breakfast facilities and the area had lots of homeless people on the streets. The hotel has a sign on the door saying locals are not allowed to book rooms, which I'm sure is somehow meant to reassure guests and deter locals at same time. I wasn't completely comfortable leaving my car in the car park, but to be fair, there were no issues. If I'm being honest, when I arrived, I thought about booking another hotel, however again being fair, the stay was OK and I never encountered any issues.

United KingdomThere was a folding bed settee which had seen better days and we did not even sit on it. Hall ways were very dark and the carpet had seen better days which was the same in the room.
The room was very dark but the bathroom looked to have been upgraded. There was no breakfast but there was a coffee making facility in the room and a fridge with free coffee and a microwave in the foyer. Good eating places close by. The gentleman that booked us in on arrival was very pleasant and helpful. Told us of a place to park in the downtown area.

United States of AmericaI hesitate to mention it, as it was the first time I've visited Santa Fe, but I'm not sure if it's a little bit of a run down part of town. Don't get me wrong. Had NO issues with anything AT ALL. Was just more, what I assume was homeless, traffic in the area than I was expecting. Again, had no issues. Don't want to discourage anyone from staying. Just know that it's something that you're likely to see.

United States of AmericaVending machines ate money. Management just said, "Call the number on the machine, if you need a refund." Good management should have called the vending companies and said, "If you want these machines in our motel, then come and fix them...or, get them out of here.
Really nice staff. Good location, but it's not a big city. Available food, just about anyway in Santa Fe, is really terrific. Prices high, but so is quality.

Nice bedding and TV, Vanity mirror had nice lighting. Middle of Cerrilos rd between downtown Santa Fe and south town shopping areas.

United States of AmericaThe noise from upper level occupants. They probably didn't realize it, but yeah. My bad; for being a light sleeper. I finally got some sleep. It's all good! P.S. - I learned water resources were being used to fight the Bear 🐻 Canyon fire 🔥 and therefore not many facilities with pools were open. So no swimming and this hotel had no pool anyway 😔. It was hard trying to find an affordable hotel during the 2023 Indian Market so definitely book ahead IF large events are taking place to get what you really want.
The bed upgrade or I was gonna get kicked to the floor. So the accommodation was very much appreciated 👍. Thank you my friend.
