There was trash outside our door. Not sure if housekeeping didn’t get bags or someone put them there by mistake.

Higher price than what we expected for an older hotel. No remote in the room. Likely because the tv didn’t work at all. Breakfast was 5.00 a person. I’d expect complimentary at their rates.

Not really much I can think of for what I didn't like about the hotel. it was just a typical yet very rich looking hotel but didn't mind at all. At least I had a place to stay!

It was a nice hotel overall, food was good. Too bad that I was there during the winter cause I would've loved to swim in the pool there before heading out for my plane. Overall not bad!

I specifically asked for a room that was handicapped accessible and it didn't happen. They accommodated it but still didn't get put into a handicapped accessible room

A little noisy at night due to the nearby freeway. The location is isolated and does not seem safe.

The shuttle to the airport was useful, but I would have also preferred the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Rooms was freezing. Even with the temperature at 32 Celsius, same with the bathroom. And there was not hot water, only warm Others guests also agreed the room temperature and hot water situation The shuttle driver didn’t even got out of the van to help with the luggage, guests help each other to try make them fit.

We were given a room that was already occupied. Then we had to wait quite a long time until a room was found for us. We had booked a room wit two beds and instead we were given a room with one queen bed and was told there was nothing else available.

Windows cannot be opened while room was smelly as soon as the air-conditioning was turned off (old carpet, old wallpapers). The fan in the bathroom (that automatically goes on with the light) was extremely loud. Since Radisson Americas has been bought back by Choices, you cannot expect the usual Radisson quality.

Beds were very comfortable, both of us eventually slept very well (with the necessary face mask and ear-plugs). The staff was mostly very friendly. These are almost all the positive comments I can do based on my experience.

Food could be improved upon. The dinner was okay and the breakfast buffet could improve in quality and options.

Huge kudos to Emran, the guy working at the front desk. He gave us an excellent room, was so sweet and pleasant. Give him a raise!! Really appreciate his thoughtfulness in making us comfortable.

Unable to charge dinner at the hotel restaurant to my room. Or a beverage from the hotel shop. Wasn’t able to get a receipt when I checked out. Only hourly shuttles.

The outside pool area had no parasols to shade you from the sun which was a definite miss as the sun was burning. The gentleman on reception was not very friendly and did not provide all relevant information at time of check-in so we had to go back later to ask additional questions which was unnecessary.

The room was fine, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, the fresh fruit of melon and grapes was delicious. Parking was free and on-site which was a bonus. My 15 year old son was able to do a decent workout in the gym, so he was happy.

They advertised breakfast for $8.99 per person but they charged $16+ dollars per person. I went to the front desk to complain and the clerk was not emphatic. He simply said "that's the price" and no further explanation or action on his part.
