Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaPpl complain about safety. It's no different than anywhere else in the city. And convenient Lyft or walk to most places. FYI lift was 1/3 the price of Uber and faster. Only issues was that the pillows were super small, but acceptable.
Good rates for the area and convenient. Check in lady super nice!

United States of AmericaI'd like to see a breakfast option added.
This is our go-to place for downtown Atlanta. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have their own secured parking garage. It has been recently renovated. The prices are much better than the other places nearby.

United States of AmericaThe hotel only has one entrance/exit facing Courtland NE Street, which is a one-way street, So have to make sure you get into the correct lane to turn to make the entrance. There's paid parking on the ground floor and a parking basement with access to the hotel's main elevator. The parking deck also only has one way in and out.
The amenities were great at the price point offered. The room came with a working fridge, microwave, HD TV with full HD satellite television service. The rooms are also very well lit with extra seating and a table with a reading light. Everything looked just as good as it does in the listing photo. The bathroom even has an anti-fog mirror which is perfect for personal grooming after taking a shower. The hotel is located within the hotel district of Atlanta and the Marriot and Hilton towers can be seen from the entrance facing rooms, and Highway 85 can be seen from the back facing rooms. The rooms also come with a private balcony . The hotel is about a mile away from Centennial Park and Coca Cola world.

CanadaStaff didn't have any authority to make a decision to change my room from a king room to one with 2 beds without cancelling my reservation I booked a month ago and rebooking me at the new more expensive rate. I've never had this issue before at any other motel
It was clean

United States of AmericaI could do without the front desk knocking on the door before checkout time as we are grabbing our bags to leave, which comes across as unnecessary and rude.
The rooms look GREAT after the remodel. This was already our go-to place to stay in Atlanta. The actual overhead lighting is a great addition to the rooms. The parking garage seems secure and their parking rate is probably the best around.

PanamaThe property was under construction, and everything in the halls was full of powder, workers and too much noise since 8 am. They should give us a room in another level where there wasn´t so much mess
the location was good, but there´s nothing around to eat after 6pm, everything was closed. Not even a gas station to buy a soda

United States of AmericaTV remote did not work but that's a minor complaint. Also they are currently renovating so be prepared. Breakfast would be nice. The $100 security deposit should be mentioned in bold print when the room is reserved.
Pricing is much better than many of the hotels downtown. Quick Uber ride from the arena, Ferris wheel etc. Rooms are clean. Parking garage seems safe. Stayed there before and will stay again.

United KingdomGood location downtown. Quick and easy check-in. You have to pay for parking but there is a secure carpark with a gate and price is reasonable compared to other hotels in area. Rooms are large and well equipped, they are dated and a little worn but was fine for me. I asked for room on upper level and had a little balcony. If you want a cheaper option in the downtown area this is the place for you.

United States of AmericaHouse keeper took my coffee cup that I brought from home. I assume it went in the trash, but thats a kind assumption. I would have rather not had a house keeper come into my room for a two night stay unless requested. Signs for the door would have been appreciated or a safe to store my valuables. Who knows what else could have gone missing not just my coffee cup. Also a chair and a table for the balcony would have been nice.
The ice machine worked.
