I was concerned about San Francisco. Worried that we wouldn’t feel safe and comfortable. Totally unwarranted. Very comfortable. Bright clean parking lot under the hotel. Big comfortable rooms and bathroom.

Check in area is very basic and hard to understand the help, when asking questions about things to do but they are pleasant. Not many amenities beyond a nice, clean room but that was all we needed.

Room was clean with updated decore. Tile flooring, so no gross, old carpet. Great walkable, safe location to many restaurants, shopping and the bay coastline. FREE parking in the city of SF!

Didn’t like the pillows (hard, inflexible).

Great value! We were a bit worried that given the price, it would be sub-par, but the room was well-maintained, clean, and the staff was helpful. Beds were very comfortable (firm). Close to Union St with all its restaurants & shops.

Nice modern decor. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Great location for getting from the airport and exploring San Francisco. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The only complaint was that the rooms smelled a little like bleach. It's not a major issue but I do suffer from migraines and had one when here. When this happens I'm hyper sensitive to strong smells. Otherwise it was good.

The location of this property is great. Really close to the marina area and plenty of places to eat and a great cafe on the next block for lovely coffee and breakfast. Reasonably close to public transport, though we did get a car transfer from the airport. Rooms were spotlessly clean and fairly well reflect the photos. There are two profiles for this hotel - the old one and the new one. It was safe and we were happy there. We had two rooms close to each other and had no issues whatsoever as a group of girls travelling.

Not a big deal but there is no Iron in the room.

The room is very new, clean and cozy. The location is safe and not so far walking to the Fisherman's wharf and Pier 39. Free parking on the hotel area. The facilities are good.

Free parking but be aware-not enough spaces for all the customers. If you arrive late in the evening you might be in trouble and find no spot available.

Nice motel. My husband and I stayed there one night while visiting our daughter in San Francisco. The motel was reasonably priced, very clean and had free parking. The guy at front desk was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to others. Will definitely comeback.

We arrived after midnight and they didn’t have water bottles to provide/ sell at the hotel reception. Tried to get it delivered through Door Dash and we weren’t able to get some because of the hour.

Great location in Lombard street, 2 mins from the bus stop. Clean, quite and the staff was super nice to keep our luggage and car before the check in.

Excellent customer service. Place was newly renovated. Excellent location to explore SF. SAFE. Had a bit of a problem with previous guest likely partying a bit too hard, but staff took care of it promptly.
