You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The receptionist offered and gave to us bottled water. Very friendly attitude and very helpful. They offered a transport to the airport. The transport driver was a really nice guy.

United States of AmericaWe didn’t like when we first arrived the lady that checked us in had a little bit of attitude with my husband for asking simple questions. Also the parking guy the night that we arrived demanded us to give him our car key when all we wanted to do was chec in and leave we clearly weren’t comfortable just handing it to a random guy which led to him and my husband getting into an altercation because he kept demanding for our car key.
We like the cafe and how good our coffees were. Way better than having a Starbucks. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming.

It said "king bed, double bed" which made me think it had both but it meant it has either of as I learn when i arrived to the hotel. The details of the room has this info but you should modifine the headlines so they are not deceiving

United States of AmericaDidn't like the 44 bucks for parking each night but hey whatever. Valet was just the same price but on the first level when entering the structure. So you might as well just get the vehicle into valet.
Beautiful Inside and out. The staff were perfect examples of perfection. The bar in lobby was great as well. The bartender Antonio was very friendly and helpful. Most definitely would stay again when I visit back.

GermanyThe location is somewhat inconvenient if you don’t travel by car. The public transport ride to the airport is short, but you have to take a bus and then switch to the metro.
Very friendly staff, very clean, modern rooms, well-lit. You might actually be able to see the Capitol building from the right angle.
