Very little amenities for the cost as no fridge in room water bottles were free downstairs and 2 in room. Breakfast was also not included. Parking was charged 5$ more than daily 45$ parking for outsiders!!! That was unacceptable as shouldnt parking be free for patrons who are paying so much for room everyday???

The only downfall was we found a bedbug in our room. Very disappointed in that BUT the entire team worked to ensure that everything was was done correctly and efficiently. They took the extra mile to make sure I was okay and comfortable as my anxiety level was through the roof. They immediately rectified the problem and made the remainder of our stay pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and felt at ease in our new room. The entire stay until this point was a 11/10 but due to this I had to give them a 6/10 because cleanliness is next to godliness and being that this was my first ever in life experience like this I was shocked and felt uneasy and uncomfortable despite all their best efforts. But they continued to earn my trust back and for that I would not count them out as a future hotel stay.

Room was not cleaned each night. Once I complained it was cleaned that day and also on the final night of a 6 night stay. Not a problem but at the price, service is expected.

The room furniture was outdated. As well as the doors, carpets and bathroom counters.

The staff was amazing. From the cleaners to the front desk/guest services to the manager. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was very good. The bed was comfortable.

The speaker system! OMG that was the worst part..there was an emergency but it was quickly rectified but the speaker system was extremely loud and static was just awful!

Location was great! In the middle of everything! Food and drinks at the bar and Tacklebox were amazing! Tina, the bartender at the Tacklebox is a beauty! So sweet!

no pool, took the room a day or so to cool all the way down to our liking, no microwave in the room

Room was clean. the bathrooms need a little updating but were very clean as well. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced daily. The bed was soft. I take my own cleaning supplies since COVID but I could have skipped that part because this hotel is really clean. The staff was helpful and the restaurant crew was super lively and fun!

The cold water did not work in the shower. An engineer was sent to look at the issue but it was not fixed during my stay.

The elevators went down due to someone pulling the fire alarm. I felt like there could've been some compensationto those affected but there wasn't. Wifi should be free because reception was a little spotty.

The rooms were a little small for two people. We were told that it was a fire hazard to add a pull out bed to a room and I see why, though either Renaissance or Booking.com listed it as an option. Though it worked out pretty well, the room was mostly clean but could have used another vacuum

The location was within walking distance to our shuttle and to a lot of attractions like Bourbon and Frenchman Street. The staff was very pleasant, we got free water (which was amazing considering the hot days), and the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff was also very accommodating when we were trying to check in.
