We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe location is good but the traffic in DC is horrible! We used almost two hours for moving 20 miles. The garage is not easy to find but the hotel has very good valet service that you do not need to worry about a bit about your car. The hotel room is not as big as other four star hotels, but it is very quiet. The beds and pillows are one of the best I have ever had in my hotel experience. I had a very good sleep in this hotel.

Hotel staff were very professional, efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean with stylish decor. Location is convenient, with many attractions within close walking distance.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are small. The door had a gap underneath and I could hear everything outside and even see shadows of people walking in front of the door inside. The paid wifi seemed odd, but could be mitigated by becoming a member. If my company wasn't paying for it not sure I would stay here again.
The location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious but the rooms left a lot to be desired.

The room was spacious and comfy and I liked that it had a table with 2 chairs, I would have liked a couple more pillows without having to request them from the staff.

United KingdomThere's a hidden scam 'destination tax', charged by the hotel $30 per day, which you can only use in hotel's restaurant. At the check in we were lied about the breakfast being a la carte, it turned out to be buffet style which we were not into, making us lose the $30 deposit that day. Despite me paying for the room upfront on booking.com, the whole amount was charged on my partner's card, which he used for the deposit when when checking in. Overall the room was lovely, not the cleanest I've ever seen but decently sized and the bed was really good.

United States of AmericaI travel a lot and so far, this hotel was the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at. Where do I begin? I wish I took pictures. As soon as I entered the room, every surface had stuck on food, bathroom counters had hair on them (long and small hairs from what looked like a man’s shavings). The toilet also had a stain. Because I cannot stay in such poor conditions, I spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the place before even attempting to settle in. You might wonder why I didn't call the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room. Well, it was already 11pm and they had already placed me in the wrong room (not the requested number of beds) and I didn’t want to ask to move rooms again. Why does a guest need to clean your rooms for you? As if all these issues weren't bad enough, the hotel had a WIFI outage for a whole day! What respectable hotel can’t figure out its WiFi service in 2024? Never again.

BangladeshParking. Checking in to the hotel, you should be given a choice to self park or allow to valet. I was not aware of any option and they made it seem to be the service with your stay. Then charged a destination fee along with oversized vehicle. Never have I experienced anything like this and I travel multiple times a year

United States of AmericaI prepaid for the room thru Booking.com, yet the Hotel also charged me the same amount when I arrived and I have to wait 7 days to have someone review and correct I aksed to have 2 queen bds rather than a king, they said htey changed but we go to the room and it was a King. We kept it but when I asked about it their system said room was 2 queens. Have some kinks they need to work out.
It was clear the hotel had just opened with a few things not going just right but staff was curtious and resolved every thing, to be expected at a new hotel. The hotel bed was so comfortable and shower was amazing
