I call a week in advance to change my check in Time.. They still CHARGED ME for the day before and CHARGED MEfor an early check in. Even though I PLAYED THE CONVERSATION I HAD WITH THEIR EMPLOYEE WHO SAID EVERYTHING IS SET AND TAKEN CARE OF. SHE THE EMPLOYEE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT THAT. then said after listening to call again said I could get a discount which I HAVE YET TO SEEN

Please train the people on breakfast room to not just watch the food area but also to clean and sanitized table that was used as some people bring small messy kids.

Breakfast is ok, I love waffles but none. My only complain was I stayed there for 50 minutes but none of the worker tried to wipe tables that was used and sanitized. I told the concierge at the lobby heading back to the room

my brother stayed on the pull out couch, and it was very uncomfortable. of course I understand it won’t be as comfortable as a bed, but you could feel the springs under the bed. I stayed on the king bed, and you could see all the linen on the bed, almost as if it wasn’t fully washed.

I liked the modern style of the hotel, the view, and the comfort.

The quality of some of the breakfast items is the only thing I would criticize / the only flaw. Although breakfast is included in the room rate, I recommend they pick better doughnuts or better French toasts for instance. The breakfast selection is fairly wide but some of the items should be sourced from better quality suppliers.

The hotel location is great, there are plenty of yummy restaurants in the neighborhood only one block away (The Smith, Havana, Roka Akor which all serve great food and excellent mojitos …) and most attractions are within walking distance, very friendly reception staff, efficient elevators, huge laundry room. We didn’t use the gym room but it looks good too.

The staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful when trying to navigate around the property. The view of the hotel room was amazing. The elevator and lobby area was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spotless with great amenities.

The facilities could have been more comfortable: We booked a one bedroom king suite, with one bed and one sofa bed for four adults. Our sofa bed had a very thin, tired mattress and when opened took up almost all the space between two walls.

Location was excellent, staff were attentive and responsive. We were given early check in with a room upgrade to a higher floor with a good view of the moon and city lights. Breakfast was adequate, but had enough variety.

I didn't realize I booked a disability room - we hated the bathroom/shower situation - the drains were not sloped enough so water pooled everywhere. It felt like we were in a gym. Also the pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable but I guess they always are.

Hotel location was ideal for our activities, within walking distance to the river and lake as well as the L train station. The housekeepers were excellent, they always made sure we had enough towels and coffee and were very nice and respectful. The included breakfast was really good every day we ate there.

the hand washing basin was outside the bathroom very noisy in the night because we were couple and the breakfast no varieties

location location was in the middle of downtown where a-lot of restaurants and shops near the river my room was a small nice flat with kitchenette ,the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the coffee machine in the lobby all the time.

the greenway parking garage… I had an issue with not being able to pay the parking fee upon exiting and I tried to explain to the garage office attendant and she did not want to listen to anything I was going to say, immediately told me to stop and that she was doing me a favor to even help me. so after much time of her calling the front desk and who knows who else she came back out and proceeded to scan the ticket at another machine and IT WORKED! so I then proceeded to pay and she just left! without a comment at all! As if I had wasted her time when it was the issue of the system and her not wanting to listen to what I was trying to say.

The hotel bar had limited hours and didn't really stand out too much. It would have been nice to have something with a little more personality in that area. But overall there were no real issues for us. We had a great time.

We had an amazing stay in this incredibly well-located hotel in downtown Chicago. The room was huge. The couch and kitchen really made it feel comfortable as well--it turned into a real "home base" while we were out there. The hotel itself is surrounding by a ton of quality eateries and bars. We were in town for a conference and all the events and activities were within a short walking distance. There are so many more places we want to try out--we'll definitely be staying here next time we come to Chicago.
