Our non smoking room smelt really strongly of smoke.

Good room, useful amenities (fridge, microwave), staff were nice.

Filthy! Could potentially be a nice property but our room was seriously run down and in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update! Paint and New flooring would go a long way!!! The walls were gross and the carpet had 80+burn spots. Looks like the room is the weekly party spot ☠️The room was super cheap and I had read the reviews online and they are accurate 🤢The guy at the desk was super friendly and the bathrooms and sheets were clean but thats the only positive i can say! Also says it is a smoke free property but it smells like smoke everywhere.

Outdated, no housekeeping service, obviously very little or no maintenance, broken recliner, TV remote, worn curtains no in room phone peeling paint,dinghy carpet. Paid for a smoking room, only to find after payment they do not allow smoking.

When I arrived there was only a face cloth. There are no phones in the room so any communication with the front desk had to be face to face. The concierge was very polite however.

Torn window curtain, funky rug odor, noise-bagging from upstairs, dirty lamps. Also, no one at front desk and I personally had to call out for someone to come.

someone’s booking system screwed up the booking

did not stay here, booking was not made at the hotel, Walter at the front desk explained it had happened twice that day and so they had no rooms. I was vexed but it wasn’t his fault, so I booked across the road at the motel 6.

the room smelled very strongly of cleaning fluid we had to open the windows to air it out. the freezer was unusable as it hadn’t been defrosted in a very long time. The blankets were too thin to offer any warmth

Very dirty and disgusting, terrible smell in the rooms, stains everywhere. A lot of dust, looks like cleaning never get around under the bed and drawers. Moreover, a lot of shady people showed up there during the night time. For sure it’s not worthy of this amount of money and time. I am glad that we stayed there only 1 night.

Closet door torn from hinges. Drape holder on window broken. Bathroom curtain holder broken. Very dirty floor (carpet) - short walk from bed to bathroom with socks only made socks nearly black. Room was advertised as non-smoking, but soft smoke smell was noticeable, the blanket was burnt through from cigarettes. I found cigarette butt next to the bed.

Our room was pretty run down, the forgot a top sheet on one bed, the door chain was ripped off the wall, the curtains didnt fully cover the window, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, and there was food left in the fridge from previous guests.

The carpet (although it looked OK because of color blend) was very dirty. My new white socks were filthy after wearing them in the room a couple hours. Possibly the vacuum they use doesn't work well. The carpet could use a good vacuuming and shampooing. The woodwork in the room, around the bathroom door, etc. was very dirty. I even wiped some bad spots myself.

The staff was outstanding. The office clerk spent much extra time getting our TV remote to work properly. The sheets, towels and washclothes were clean and available. The bed was nicely made.
