You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americathe staff were rude, would bang on the door at 7am every morning. the day it was time to checkout that started banging on the door 4 hours before checkout to make sure we were packing up to leave. we asked for towels and they refused to give us more than two, when we had 3 people in the room. will not go here again.

And I was disappointed because I just had a procedure done and I need to be comfortable and that was impossible... We thought we were going to have breakfast that was a total joke!!! The bathroom door was really hard to close and open...Went to get some ice at 10:20 a.m. and my key didn't work any more had to have staff open door check out wasn't till 11am... WON'T BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN......

So many guests in the lobby and in the phone complaining. Employee kept locking the office and hiding in the back to avoid his job and the customers.

United States of AmericaWe had a terrible experience at night, the 2nd and 3rd night some other noisy drinking and smoking guests had already made the experience awful, but in the 4th night, a group of drunken people even tried to Open our Room, we were about to call the Police when they left, and that night at 3 am, a stranger knocked at our door, almost called the Police again but he left, there has to be some control or security, awful awful experience

My boyfriend sprayed deodorant under his arms in the room causing a green light to come on.. when I explained that to her she almost accused me of lying! She said that wouldn't cause it to come on.. I was super offended! I'm assuming it was the mist from the spray.. we don't smoke so it wasn't that! He was standing on the side of the bed underneath the detector.. but we didn't think deodorant spray would cause any reaction... For the money it's an okay place to stay BUT they need to update their furniture! The room looks like from 1990...
