we were over booked, had to pay $50 cash to upgrade to a suite that had no remotes to the tv’s, was upstairs, and I have a autistic child. we waited almost 2-hours to get our room

the staff were rude, would bang on the door at 7am every morning. the day it was time to checkout that started banging on the door 4 hours before checkout to make sure we were packing up to leave. we asked for towels and they refused to give us more than two, when we had 3 people in the room. will not go here again.

Upon arrival it seemed front desk staff was agitated and was in a hurry to get us over with.

The air-conditioning didn't work it was pretty warm in the room,,,. And I was disappointed because I just had a procedure done and I need to be comfortable and that was impossible... We thought we were going to have breakfast that was a total joke!!! The bathroom door was really hard to close and open...Went to get some ice at 10:20 a.m. and my key didn't work any more had to have staff open door check out wasn't till 11am... WON'T BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN......

guy at the front desk was very rude and did not have an ounce of customer service skills. we were given the key at check-in, was not told that our room wasn’t ready. housekeeping had not even started on cleaning our room.

The room wasnt very clean, bugs like spiders and beetles in the bathroom, the bed was very hard and the internet would work on any of our devices.

Nice staff, the pool was clean, and breakfast wasn't bad with the covid restrictions.

Rude staff, placed fraudulent charges on my card, chaged over $600 for a $93 room, had to cancel my card with the bank and file an investigation. Filthy hotel. Not safe. So many guests in the lobby and in the phone complaining. Employee kept locking the office and hiding in the back to avoid his job and the customers.

Breakfast is very minimal, and they don't renew the coffee even. When it's gone, it's gone. But there IS coffee in the room, so all was good.

that the reception wasn’t there after 11 and a lady was locked out of her room and knocking on my door I was trying to get my kids to bed and I tried using the phone myself and couldn’t get it to work earlier felt super bad

There were some loud people which the hotel and staff can't control. Otherwise I just wish there were a couple more pillows on the bed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and when they came in while we were out the room was tidy the way I would like it.

We had a terrible experience at night, the 2nd and 3rd night some other noisy drinking and smoking guests had already made the experience awful, but in the 4th night, a group of drunken people even tried to Open our Room, we were about to call the Police when they left, and that night at 3 am, a stranger knocked at our door, almost called the Police again but he left, there has to be some control or security, awful awful experience

They had false advertising about breakfast that the price included breakfast and there was no breakfast included or available. Also the room was supposed to be non smoking and the room was stinky like smoke right when we went in. Also the toilet was not working properly.

Person who checked me out was rude! My boyfriend sprayed deodorant under his arms in the room causing a green light to come on.. when I explained that to her she almost accused me of lying! She said that wouldn't cause it to come on.. I was super offended! I'm assuming it was the mist from the spray.. we don't smoke so it wasn't that! He was standing on the side of the bed underneath the detector.. but we didn't think deodorant spray would cause any reaction... For the money it's an okay place to stay BUT they need to update their furniture! The room looks like from 1990...

The key fab took about 20 tries to work and the door handle is wobbly. Toilet seat was broken. Shower didn't drain correctly. Too much light from the parking lot comes in even with curtains closed.

the owner or the manager when we got there was extremely rude, he basically threw my card back at me. he was yelling at his employee. it certainly made it so I’d never stay there again, even with the great location.

i have stayed here before and I remembered really enjoying it. it’s great for the price

The coffee maker did not heat the water for the coffee very well. The coffee was luke warm.
