The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very hard, like sleeping on concrete blocks.

Grounds are nice. Room wasn't bad. Easy Accessto stores and restaurants. Pool is nice!

I felt a bit unsafe in the room and this is my major critique. The two door system is strange and made me have a uneasy sleep. The bathtop was a bit uncomfortable too.

The price was amazing. I was really exhausted because of a long drive and this place was there for a reasonable price when I needed. The local was well settled to keep my trip down south.

We had a large room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a fan so there was no steaming up when anyone had a shower. We had a parking space allocated to our room. There is a busy highway at the back of the property but we heard no noise. It didn't take long to walk to the supermarket. The beach is a few minutes drive away. Staff were pleasant.

Just the beds! Very very firm! But everyone is different! If you like firm it’s definitely for you!

Property was well maintained. Everyone complained about bed bugs online but I had ABSOLUTELY no issues! THE only thing I could be sad about was the beds were a little rough. But honestly we mainly traveled around so we weren’t in the cottage long! I believe the manager was who I spoke too but he was definitely accommodating and even offered to help us check in after check in time since we were driving from Indiana! But we made it right on time! Very nice guy! Thank you!

It would have been nice to have more counter space at the sink, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was very easy. I believe it was the manager we dealt with, and he was very personable and a pleasure to deal with.

I felt like some amenities were lacking such as disposable utensils. The website also advertised a hot tub but there was only a sauna and it was out of order during our stay.

A couple of things i didnt like... The fridg was not cold enough... my food was not room temperature but almost... drinks were not cold. The Wi-fi was always disconnecting... had to forget and re-install over and over again.. at some point i had to share my phone data to have wi-fi and last but not least.... our bed sheets was not changed the whole week we stayed there. Would of like it at least one time for a fresh bed.

Resort was clean and nice,the beds were comfortable, it was relaxing and quiet. My son really loved the pool Staff gave us new towels and coffee when needed. Manager on site was very friendly and present:)

The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. No iron or hair dryer. Minimal towels and the room could use some pictures and decor but overall it’s your typical Maine motel room

The staff was friendly and the Property was spotless. The pool was great. Great location and 5 minute drive to the beach. Would try to stay in a cabin next time as they looked roomy and nice too

Feels a bit old and outdated. No breakfast options.

Good location 10 minute drive from Old Orchard Beach and within walking distance of many fast food outlets, restaurants and mini golf at Schooners. We had a reasonably clean, large room with basic facilities - coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Nice little pool open 10am-10pm. Overall a decent little motel, good for a short no frills holiday!

Absolutely no early check in. Office wasn't manned until 10 minutes before check in time.

Location was good. Close to what we planned to visit but not on super busy road. Parking close to room. Very nice swimming pool indoors.
