Knowing that is was out of season, there was never anyone at front desk. Had to find maintenance for toilet paper, extra blankets or towels or any questions we had. Captain bed needed to be replaced,sagged on one side. Pull out couch was great for kids but not for adults. Otherwise Suite was cute and kitchen was well stocked with supplies.

The room was super cold the first night… I also booked an ocean view room, I was upfront last time but this time the building wasn’t open. I got a balcony but it looked over the parking lot.

TV is very small. Hallway carpets are vacuumed every day but they need much more. They look bad.

Beds were really hard and the walls were super thin so you could hear everyone else around you. Also on the main bed there was what looked to be a small blood spot on the sheets.

The hotel is extremely dated - the outside is depressing and needs a facelift - then again, if it isn't broken, why fix it I guess.

Great spot - I like being away from the center of everything and the quiet side of where the hotel is located.

Although on the map it looks as still in the city, getting to the city center by walking might be problematic as the only road there does not have pavement for pedestriants, we had to use our car.

You can tell it's a bit old hotel, and would need some renovations. However, it is very well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable. We liked the private beach. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel offers a lot of entertainment, as pools, hot tub, tennis courts, bbq area and private beach, you can also rent bikes and binoculars which is cool. They offer coffee in the morning.

Our very first impression was a staff worker yelling at my son for trying to get warm water in the outdoor shower. Although I understand he looked like he was wasting the water, there's a way to speak to people, especially children. Check In process seemed very drawn out. NO restaurant on site- no food at all offered (breakfast). Room (studio suite) was TINY for a family. Ripped carpet, chipped paint, outdated. Lots of seaweed and rocky beach.

Having a large pool was nice for the kids (although it was very cold). Location was great, a few miles from center. Room was clean. Pool and location were the positives.

The young cleaning staff need to be more pleasant. My cleaning girl was OK, but the rest don't even look at your face to say GOOD MORNING!!! I wish the suite had more pans and serving dishes like 2 or 3 platters.

The price was really high. Especially since we weren’t even on the water. Our view was an ugly side parking lot and a building.

Location. The room was really two rooms that they turned one into a kitchenette/living room with a spare pull out couch. Shuttle that runs that can take you back and forth to town for a small fee.
