The beds were VERY uncomfortable. I could feel the inner springs no matter where on the bed or what position I tried to sleep.

spent a lot of time when we arrived trying to get internet in our room. Router was reset and then it worked that evening but it was not working again in the morning and couldn't be connected until 7am person came in to the front desk. Not sure why we were put at the very end of the rooms as there wasn't any cover from the rain at our doorway. Fan had to be on constantly if we wanted heat and it was very noisy

Access to a computer to print my boarding pass would've been convenient but I had to email a request which wasn't possible for me.

The breakfast was very good including potatoes, eggs, sausage one morning and the next morning everything else but the potatoes, eggs and sausage. The variety was nice both days, no complaints.

Minor issue, that we solved ourselves without contacting the office. The fridge was noisy (maybe it didn’t like being stuck in a cupboard). Since it was October, and nights were cool, we were turning it off before bedtime and turning it on in the mornings to run during the daytime, when we weren’t in the room.

Good location, close (walking distance) to grocery shops and a few restaurants. Reasonably sized room, comfortable for 2 people. All appliances in working order. We could choose between using aircon or open windows. Clean room and bathroom and crispy white bed linen.

Facility was clean. Complimentary breakfast had ample choices. Room was good sized, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a microwave , refrigerator , sink and a small bar with stools to sit . The bathrooms in the public were spotless . Central location to a lot of activities.

Great location and very charming. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have two pools to choose from (plus a hot tub). The arcade room was a fun bonus that my brother and I discovered. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we had a great stay.

The beds, mine was a bit uneven and the mattress was not comfortable at all. My sister's was also uneven and lumpy in several places.

The breakfast was just ok...nothing fancy or out of the ordinary - room that it was held in was very cramped and not easy to navigate when more than 10 people were in there. Milk was far away from the cereal, one side of the toaster didn't work...minimal muffins available.

Only thing is an odd smell in the hallway in some areas.

The staff members were very pleasant, the room was perfect for what we needed and the pool/hot tub kept us and the kids entertained. Breakfast was nice, had waffles and the usual breakfast fare.

Even though the room was a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you opened the door to go in. The breakfast room was extremely hot and had no air circulation; on our last day there was a floor fan that helped a little. The indoor pool area was very beautiful, but it was not well ventilated so the chlorine in the air made our eyes hurt. The jets in the hot tube did not work. Make sure you check that the refrigerator in your room is on - the temperature dial is on the back of the refrigerator, not inside it, and ours had to be pulled out to be turned on (it was not working when we first got to the room).

The place is very conveniently located, easily accessible and close to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious.

We upgraded to the larger room and were glad we did it. The kitchen and eating area are a nice bonus. I appreciated 24 hour tea as I am up at the crack of dawn. The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and big pool. They go out of their way for extra touches like shuffleboard, bbq, pinball machine, etc. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
