Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe bathroom needed some love in the shower. A little mold and some grout repair. I've stayed at other hotels for $500.00per night and had many more amenities. Wish there was more parking out front instead of going into a dark garage, No breakfast, maybe add a muffin/bagel tray, and coffee in a common area instead of the rooms.
Location of the place is outstanding. Rooms were modern and decorated nicely, Bed was super comfortable.

United States of AmericaBigger room, more hangers to hang clothing. Homeless outside of building, and in parking garage area, but I guess that’s everywhere.
Location was excellent, couldnt be better. Access to coffee, tea, and water was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Our toilet wouldn’t flush the first night we were there, and nothing could be done about it until the next day. The room was a bit small too, but overall very sufficient. Later in the week there was a water mail break- not their fault- and they gave us bottled water and a jug of water- very helpful!

United States of Americaparking was difficult. their lot is very small. there is free parking in a public garage behind the hotel, but you must walk down an alleyway to get to the hotel. also, there was a pretty large population of homeless people living just outside the garage.
perfect location! right in the middle of all the shops and bars and restaurants, yet very quiet inside.

United States of AmericaRoom was not cleaned the entire time we were there, which was 4 nights. We had no idea where to put garbage once the small garbage receptacles were filled up. We used the same towels our entire stay. For $1600 we expected better.

United States of AmericaExpect some noise. Downtown location means city noise in the morning (traffic, beeping trucks, banging deliveries, etc). Interior rooms open into an echo-y atrium so voices and moving furniture are amplified. Our bathroom door latch was faulty, so the door wouldn't stay shut, but overall a very minor inconvenience.
Location cannot be beat for exploring downtown Saratoga. Great overall aesthetic, very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing bath products and a fantastic coffee bar. Very comfy beds and extremely clean.

Spa ity Motor Lodge provides coffee or tea 24/7. This is the only extra service (as advertised). The Wi-Fi worked well and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and bright, with ample space.

United States of Americaif you have an interior room, the noise is just incredible. Sound echos and the walls are so thin. Plus the light comes in from the screen by the door. It would have been a perfect stay if not for the nighttime sound.
The location could not be beat! loved the comfy bed and the rooftop seating area. The coffee bar was also a great treat.

United States of AmericaWhile the location was great, there is limited parking on site and the "public" garage around the corner was not a great experience. Be sure to unload your bags first before heading to the garage as the elevators don't work. The whole place reeks of urine and feces as it seems to be the local tent city for the area homeless population. In short, try to snag parking on site. This property is "dog friendly" but only to an extent. I've traveled the country with my dog hotel hopping and never encountered a strict "no dogs in the room unattended" policy. Generally most hotels, even the most luxury ones will allow "well behaved" dogs to be alone for a short time, or longer if confined. Their stict policy meant we had to cancel our plans for the night which left me losing money on dinner tickets. There also is no restaurant on site so we had to scramble to find dog friendly dinner accommodations elsewhere.
Small but great hotel. Rooms were small but comfortable and the layout with a common day room in the center would be great for sitting out and meeting others or playing a game or cards. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
