Ability to leave our keys since no one was available as they were out shuttling to the airport. Good to have someone available in the office, if possible.

A perfect choice,,, when you are flying and need to return a rental car the following morning. Nice room, comfortable enough and clean. Peaceful,, and the bed was pretty good. WiFi worked great, and there are many options nearby for food, groceries and overall shopping.

Charged for airport shuttle

We were charged for the advertized complimentary airport Shuttle which was one of the reason we booked. Other than that, evetything was good, rolm is clean.

The check-in area was locked up and only a small window open for check-in. It was cold outside and we had to stand outside while they dealt with the computer to get us checked in. The parking that was available was very limited. Cars had to be moved around in order to get a parking place for our car. There was no door seal, all around the door light and noise came in and we had to really slam the door to get it to latch so it could be locked.

The Hotel was convenient to the airport and where we had parked our car during our trip. we were returning on a late flight and did not want to travel far from the airport until the next morning.

There were a few sports that showed wear and tear but that is to be expected. Only real thing I didn't care for was that there was no light switch by the bed to turn lights on or off.

The breakfast was a pastry and coffee. The staff was excellent. Just a bit to far from SEATAC. Great for just a 5. Hr layover.

The outside noise getting in was not the greatest. It made for a tough time getting to sleep. The bed was comfortable but had so many mattress protectors that it was kind of loud if you moved around a bit at night. Other than that, the room was fine. The facilities were ripe with marijuana smells. Though they might not be smoking in the room, as soon as you step outside, you can smell it.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Missing a drain plug, so no bath. Sadness. The room itself was quiet, but with it being so close to a major roadway and the airport, the outside noises made the room loud. There was a fridge and a microwave. Wifi was good. You can also order in room service, but it was pricey, so I didn't try this.

Although not the hotel’s fault, there was a party in a room near mine that went until the early morning. Again, a sound app will help with that.

I liked the price and closeness to the airport, as well as the staff and coffee and bakery items/bananas in the morning. The rooms face a busy street so there is road noise, but nothing a sound app can’t drown out. The hotel does provide van service to/from the airport as well.

the shuttle driver wasn’t this great. although we tipped him, he left a disabled old man with two kids far away from where we wanted to be close to the terminal. he was carelessly didn’t pay attention where we want to be dropped. we had to walk for almost close to an hour

the customer service lady was super helpful. she is a great person, she is active always there if we needed help.
