The outside of the building, as well as the hallways, could use some renovation. Mostly just new carpet and paint. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look very nice. But the room we had was great. The only other thing was the bed and pull out sofa wasn't very comfortable.

I loved the size of our room. It was like a little one bedroom apartment. The staff was friendly, and they even let us swim in the pool for a while after check out. Also loved that the pool was heated! I'd stay here again

Sheet kept coming off the bed. No chairs out front for elderly mother in law to sit in to get some air and watch the goings on.

Carpet stained. Carpet under a.c wet. Lot of sand. Poor housekeeping. Cable box unplugged. Had to program remote myself.

The lights the motel has outside of each window prevented anyone in my family from sleeping. They were on each balcony and very bright. The beds were uncomfortable but the lights were what kept us all up.

The location is amazing. You’re only a couple of minutes away from the beach when walking. The room was spacious and it was nice to have a kitchenette.

wish it was a little more clear to understand where we’d be staying. we ended up in an apartment building .5 miles from the actual motel area with pool office etc. with a toddler i was looking forward to being closer to pool area. but apartment was extremely clean and spacious, seemed brand new.

The train noises we very disturbing, pool closed early so I didnt get to spend as much time there as I hoped.

The mattresses were not the greatest, but we had 2 double beds in our room, so we got creative and took the mattress off the other bed and put it on our bed, and that work out for us .

We had a great time in OOB. The hotel was great. And it's so convenient to the downtown area a 5 min walk to everything. We got to the hotel earlier than check-in time. The hotel allowed us to park our car there so we were able to explore the town a little before getting into our room. In fact, we never moved our car till we checked out cause again everything is in walking distance. Everything about the hotel was exactly how we expected it to be from the photos on the website. We are certainly going to stay there again next year . Reading the reviews, I saw some complaints about the train being right behind the hotel. Well, the train runs through the town, so no matter where you stay, you're gonna hear it . Didn't bother us one bit and not a deal breaker in any way . The staff was very nice to us. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

The pillows and mattresses were awful. Poked by springs. Luckily, being really tired allowed for some sleep.
