My only complaint would be that the last 3 times I've stayed there the pool and hot tub have been completely closed off and unaccessible due to some apparent "roof damage" - which nobody seems to be in much of a rush to fix at all. So that's been super disappointing and hopefully someone gets on top of it soon! Other than that, awesome big rooms and great staff. Oh and some kind of breakfast included in the stay would be nice.

This is one of my absolute favorite hotel to stay at in Portland. The employees are always incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were even kind enough to let me stay in my room for an extra hour or so as I was waiting for a ride to the airport. The front desk is almost always staffed by someone understanding and helpful. I also LOVE that they have a 24hr pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center (although not the most impressive equipment.)

Shuttle from airport. Bed was soft and comfy. Hotel is a bit outdated and worn, but if you just need a clean decent bed, it will do. Price was lower than most hotels close to airport.

Alss, the Shilo’s glory days are behind her. The hotel is very worn around the edges. Carpeting needs replacing, the wifi is weak, & decor is right out of the 80’s, but if you’re ok with that, a good place to stay before a flight.

A very good value. Huge rooms, comfortable bed. The restaurant isn’t bad, and the bartender took food orders and bused tables, a very hard worker. Would stay again

There was only one bath towel, but it was late, and we had an early flight to catch, so we wanted to avoid contacting the front desk for another. I am sure they would have provided one had we asked.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, as it is very convenient when flying out of PDX. The parking lot always has plenty of nice, wide spaces. The check-in staff is always so friendly too, which makes for a nice visit. The rooms are on the older side, but they're clean and comfortable.

Black mold in the bathroom, quarter size hole in my sheets, dirty hallway that needed vacuuming desperately . There was no breakfast served

Went to the attached restaurant and finally had to find a server to help us. Dining area was not clean and children were loud while playing in the closed dining area, obviously related to some of the staff. Very annoying.

We had a king size bed with 3 pillows we called the front desk asking for 1 or 2 more pillows and the manager told my husband no. I went to the front desk to ask for a towel since there was only 1 towel in our room when we checked in. I asked the woman at the counter for the towel and why we couldn't get 1 more pillow. She said she'd go get a pillow for us from the laundry room while the manager over hears this and said she "I doubt there are any extra pillows in the laundry room" but she wasn't willing to check, she just told us no. The other woman came back with a pillow. Imagine that! She made a teeny tiny effort and it made a big difference to us for our stay.

I like that all the rooms are suites with kitchenetts and living room area.

There was some hair in the bathtub, not a big deal but something to mention, otherwise nothing much to complain about. Wish the restaurant had some vegan options

Our first room had a weird smell in it. We went to ask the front desk for some air freshener and not only did they immediately send someone to the room to figure out what was causing the smell and fix it but they upgraded us to a better room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was huge. There was a microwave, mini fridge, kitchenette, sofa with pull out bed, two TVs, air conditioner unit, and it seemed to be fairly newly renovated (the first room did not seem newly renovated so maybe they are doing it one at a time). Great value for the price.
