My husband is gluten free and dairy free so there was nothing he could eat. Some hard boiled eggs would have been nice. There was no fruit at all.

The Belgian waffles were good. The scrambled eggs were okay.

The wall in the room had something nasty stuck on it. I cleaned it my self. The ironing board was still in the up position in the closet, I put that away too. Maybe cleaner didn’t know how to lower the ironing board.

The room was so noisy due to our upstairs neighbors that we couldn't get to sleep until after 2 am.

The breakfast was delicious! Plenty of variety, just lacking fruit. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Staff were very accommodating. Our room seemed very clean, with a very spacious bathroom that allowed us to fit the baby's pack-n-play there.

Although the facility seemed clean for the most part, the facility, room was a bit tired and could use a facelift.

The location was perfect for visiting family who lives within 1/4 mile from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The inside of our ice bucket lid had dried orange juice on it and the mattress cover to one of the beds had something crusty still on it. A little cleaning took care of both issues. I have definitely seen much worse than this at far more expensive hotels.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Our 2nd floor room was comfortable and conveniently near the laundry, snack & soda machines, and back stairs.

I didn't like the fact that nowhere was it stated I wasn't allowed to bring a guest to the pool with me. I've stayed at other hotels with pools and I was always allowed to so I assumed here as well since nothing was written anywhere. It should've been more clear and one of the staff members when telling me made me feel really uncomfortable in his approach. Also while there the police activity in the hotel trying to remove a guest who was visibly on something left a bad taste in my mouth especially since that incident happend right before the pool situation. All in all I enjoyed my experience and I'll probably stay again but I think that they should make it aware and have it in writing.

The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and everything that was suppose to be warm was.

the only issue we had was when we went to cancel the last night of our stay since we would be staying overnight at the hospital instead, and I had mentioned this to the man at check-in when we first arrived he said okay no problem just let us know and provided the timeframes in which to cancel, when we told the desk on Tuesday that we wouldn’t be needing the room Wednesday night we were told we would be charged $1,100 for the cancellation this came as a surprise since we were not told this ahead of time not when we reserved the room and not when I told them again at check in, the woman at the front desk looked surprised when it came up on her screen she hadn’t been expecting that either so idk what happened but we ended up keeping the room and coming back the next morning to cancel

conveniently located with a well lit parking lot the outside of the property was clean and well maintained. all outdoor signage was easy to read and up to date. the interior looks to have been updated within the past couple years, the room was comfortable, clean, and more then what we expected. very pleasantly surprised. All the staff was courteous and polite. our toddler loved the pool! we loved the hot tub! all amenities worked perfectly.

Streets with landscaped medians required “U-turns” quite often. blame that on government though

Parking was ample with construction vehicle parked just off the resident’s lot. No intimidating trucks or diesel fumes in the a.m.
