only issue was with the access to the pool as we had to go all around to BOULON Hotel entrance to access the pool area. Also, the air con unit playing up. The temperature was not cool on my last night.

We were accommodated in the older part of the hotel which was clean but the bathroom required updating. The mini bar was very expensive and we couldn’t get access to the roof top pool during the evening so never saw it.

Very dated, the bed was not comfortable, very noisy on the 1st floor (alot of pitter patter above 2nd fl)oor).

While room was nice, it was very poorly updated. Tile floor had some sort of substance on it which made it slippery to the point of dangerous. My child fell just walking on it.

The walls are thin which isn’t a problem if you have guest around you who are respectful. In the evening a girl talked on the phone in the hallway and I could not only hear her but the person she was talking to . I got so annoyed and said to my son “Goodness , is she serious !? “ Well because the walls are thin , she heard me and went back in her room and we didn’t have an issue again . I don’t think she was aware of how thin the walls are or how loud her voice carried. So I will say again it’s a great option but hopefully you don’t end up next to rude or loud guest .

The property was very nice and clean and the staff was really nice .

nice pool area and restaurant but rooms were awful!! don’t be fooled by the pictures as 2 hotels adjoin and one is like a hostel!! paid £250 per night and it was like a 2 star at best!! my son woke up covered in bed bites… we reported it to the staff so the next person didn’t have to suffer and we didn’t get any sympathy or means of an apology. the ladies on desk were very disinterested but the male was very chatty and helpful.

Hotel charged us $20 for Fiji water which we did not have. Sent several emails to the hotel about this which have been ignored. Failed to refund our deposit for 2 weeks, during which I had to contact them several times and staff were not interested in helping. At the time of checking in, I was told by staff that it would be refunded within a maximum of 7 days. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, ruined by the fact that we were unfairly robbed of some of our deposit, which was automatically deducted from the deposit. Also the length of time it took the hotel to refund our deposit was completely unacceptable. I would highly recommend that people AVOID this hotel.
