Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lights didn't fully turn off. On a more of a booking.com problem they said I cancelled my booking which I didn't which made it harder to check in

The hotel store was sparsely stocked with snacks. The phone in the room was not operational. The front desk person assured me someone would come down and fix it but no one ever showed up.
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered was ample. Availability of a room needed at the last minuteWas a plus. Pricing was reasonable and affordable.

Silverfish crawling out of trundle bed were not ideal. Beds were just adequate.
Location was excellent. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was nice.

GPS gave directions to the wrong location (southside), but I already knew the area.
Very convenient to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Facility was very nice, rooms were spacious and continental breakfast was good.

There were no plates for breakfast, just cereal bowls. Only boiled eggs and possibly sausages, I think. One type of cereal. The light in the bathroom was too dull.
The rooms were great, but the TV menu was wrong. The front desk clerk was fantastic, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She was very friendly and accommodating.

Room was not cleaned before arrival.. bathroom tub is slippery, not stocked with enough towels, no kitchen soap and only 2 cups . Refrigerator had no freezer area and not balanced so would not stay closed. Iron leaks

The new room was not as clean as it should be. However there were wipes available so I could wipe it down myself. The remote for tv was in plastic protector which was nice, but the tv itself needed resetting by staff. That person came quickly and did a great job.
Staff made room location change for me so I wouldn’t be next to an outside door for safety concerns

Receptionist was able to find us another room facing the other side. Rooms are a good size. Nice breakfast.
Several guests drinking and being very loud by the pool. This area should have been closed well before 11pm. There were streaks of blood on the shower curtain and comforter.

The breakfast was the low point of the stay BY FAR! It seemed like they were rationing out the food , condiments, cups and plates. It was honestly ridiculous. Since we didn't have a car, we were counting on a decent breakfast. Not sure what was going on, but EVERY day we needed to ask for plates, waffle syrup etc. We really didn't end up eating much food at all.
The shuttle service to the airport was GREAT. They were very timely and they had a very nice van/bus. That was one of the reasons we picked this hotel, because we knew we wouldn't be renting a car. Some of the staff was very nice. Others???

Not having cream for coffee or lids. Also coffee was cold at 4am when I arrived.
We enjoyed location and the room size and amenities. We were disappointed with coffee station and breakfast. We arrived early morning hours due to traveling 6 hrs. Coffee station had cold coffee with no cream or milk or lids. . At breakfast I thought it would be better but was not. The coffee was hot but no cream and the waffle mix was too thick therefore waffle didn't taste good. Also had to ask for syrup and was given 1 per shortage. Liked the turkey option at breakfast on Sunday. Suggestion was to have MGR get milk, cream, etc from Sams until truck came in
