Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere is no insulation between the ceiling and the floor above. I don't know how many people were staying in the room above us but there was constant walking all night and the floor creaked with every step. At one point it sounded like they were dropping a weighted ball over and over. The bed was comfortable, but it didn't matter - we did not get any sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Hotels in Moscow are outrageous for what you get especially if there is a game or parent's weekend at U of I or Pullman. This hotel doubled in price in the last year and others have tripled. Very disappointing.
The location is good and the staff when we checked in were friendly.

United States of AmericaThey don't clean the room and put clean towels. No coffee pot in the room The slamming of doors throughout the night. No elevators (Having to climb three flights of stairs :(. Asking the front desk for a clean towel and was told they didn't have any. That kind of drew the line.

United States of AmericaRan out of hard boiled eggs pretty quickly for breakfast. Wish had more protein options. Sink and shower stained, still hair left behind and smudge from previous persons soap. Lacking individual iron for clothes, needed to request to borrow. Carpet could use updating room and hallway.
Good location to new shopping and fairly close to WSU campus. Good amount of pillows, 3 per bed. Pleased to have microwave and mini fridge.

CanadaStaff were not able to book the 2 rooms for my larger group close together, and not on the ground floor as requested. Parking was well enough lit for night time security, but we had to trek all our luggage up 2 flights of of stairs. One of our rooms used a numeric entry keylock, and when staff told us the room number, it turned out that was THE security code to open that door too(!). My buddy called the front desk, indicated this was not secure and not acceptable, so they sent an on-call maintenance guy to set the room door lock to a 4 digit code that was NOT the room number. Goofballs...
Relatively quiet location, though like many hotels in this metropolitan area, it was quite a trott to walk to a preferred sit down restaurant etc. Beds, bathrooms, and room space were just fine.

United States of AmericaThe facility is showing age. There is no elevator, but at check in we were given a room that required less stairs to get to it. That was very thoughtful. There were three light fixtures above the sink, but only one had a lightbulb in it.
The staff was wonderful - welcoming and accomodating! We had an issue with watching our TV, and someone was right there to help us out. I think it was more our issue with working the remote, but she got it on so we could watch regular TV. The only problem after that was that we had to continually hit a button on the remote to remove the Roku ad that would block the picture. Also, this is an excellent location.

United States of AmericaThe structure of the building was very creaky. I could hear every step the guest staying above my room was taking. This occurred late at night and early in the morning. I would have appreciated some USB outlets on the nightstands for charging my phone. The TV remote was not responding on the first night, unable to watch anything.
It is located just 15 min drive from Pullman, the WSU campus.

United States of AmericaIt smelled a bit like old cigarette smoke. There was hair in the shower/bathtub. I mean come on, at least wipe down the tub between guests. Also, the toilet seat was only held on by one bolt, so it was kinda swinging around when you sat on it. The lights by the beds didn't work. The standing lamp was pretty janky, leaning over at an angle like the Tower of Pisa. I kept thinking it was just going to fall over. I get that it's a budget hotel, but for $175 per night I expected better than this.
It's *relatively* cheap, as many other hotels in the area have super inflated prices. It's close to downtown and U of I campus.

United States of Americaold looking inside and not updated at all. only one cell phone plug in that was in a good spot. I’m still having an on going issue with them. I always reserve my room with my debit card and I always pay on location with a different card. I travel a lot using Booking.com and have never had a problem. This place charged my debit card upon check in then the gal tried to reverse it and I was charged a second time. she assured me she had both reversed. on check out I paid with my American Express card and was given a receipt. my bank account now shows 2 debits to them, one is dated today, September 1 & the other says pending. I called just now & the girl said she shows they were reversed and I have to wait 5-7 for them to clear ! That’s nearly $200 I cannot use from my checking account and I’m very unhappy with this particular Super 8 Motel. They will never have my business again. I’m so upset to have my money tied up like this. Suzette Tachell Orofino Idaho

United States of AmericaWas around $500 for 2 nights because it was move-in weekend at the college. Hotel was mid-renovation. Bathroom smelled strongly of old urine, frame around mirror was broken, back door of hotel unlocked always so no security. TV was very old as was the AC unit. Definitely not worth the money. Maybe $60-80 a night. Was just 'meh' and a bit 'ew'
Friendly staff. AC works.

United States of AmericaOriginally booked on line which resulted in a third floor room. We were offered a first floor room instead which we took. In retrospect, the third floor would probably have been more quiet. Lots of noise from floor above on ground floor.
The room was clean and all amenities were provided such as refrigerator, micro wave, tv, internet. The breakfast was adequate. There were a variety of foods available. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
