Our room was right off the kitchen, so we heard staff preparing things for breakfast and some talking. So if you are a light sleeper might wake you up.

This was a great place to stay! David the manager was friendly, helpful and informative. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with cold A/C. Small semi private area of the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Coffee and small breakfast items were provided daily. It was quiet and a convenient walk to Duval St. and Mallory Square.

It was better than I expected. Everyone was so nice. They put snacks out which I thought was very nice for the guest. The room was cleaned daily. The best was the shower. There was hot water anytime of the day. Very nice place to stay I would reccommend.

A little more variety of beer at happy hour. (If that's it doing pretty well).

We were looking for a Key West feel but just outside of the Duval chaos. Perfect location for this. Good restaurants close by and very close to the ferry to Dry Targoogas if that is one of you goals.

Our room was next to outdoor machinery which was rather noisy at night.

Location is great on Fleming St - walkable to harbour, Duval St and Mallory Square with the free Duval Loop bus passing right in front. We were able to park close to the inn 👍 Beautiful old house finished with stylish touches. Breakfast and complimentary drinks are included. Good AC. Lovely patio at rear.

We had a geeat stay. Charmimg and cozy inn. The staff were fantastic. Close to everything but further enough away so its quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definetly be back.

Our room was on the first floor and we heard every loud guest and every argument in and outside. People coming in and out, talking loud. People arguing on the porch. Loud traffic outside. I am sure if you aren’t on the first floor, it’s amazing.

Wonderful location, staff is absolutely amazing. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s so easy to get anywhere! The bikes are a perfect touch. It’s clean and adorable. Snacks all the time! Oh! And the pool was perfect too!

The Inn is absolutely gorgeous and clean and has many areas to relax. Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee was a highlight for us. The rooms are beautiful and there is an added bonus of being able to rent bikes on site. The neighborhood is darling and in a perfect location to everything. David is an absolute gem and will go above and beyond when necessary. If you're hesitating at all, book it-you will not regret it for a moment!

Cute, Old Key West charm. Staff is very friendly. Quiet area. Love that they do daily room service such as fresh towels and they make the room up every day; never had to ask for anything! Snacks always available. Great price!

It is within walking distance of Duval Street. We had a king bed room with a private bathroom on the first floor. The breakfast was mostly continental style, but they did have boiled eggs, English muffins and fruit along with cereal, etc. The coffee was delicious and strong, which I like. The maid staff did not necessarily speak a lot of English, but we still were able to make our needs known. It was a nice place to stay.
