An idea I have, and expressed to the front desk staff: Since you are limited with handicap accessible rooms, you COULD have in your inventory of helpful supplies things like: raised toilet devices toilet support devices (available at Rite-Aid, nothing fancy). Try to sit on a toilet and think about where handrails would be really helpful. Removeable steps into the tub and shower chairs to put into the tubs Tell prospective guests: "While we are all out of fully handicapped accessible rooms, we DO HAVE these assistive devices available from housekeeping."

The front desk staff was great. The gentlemen who helped with carrying bags, parking, retrieving our car, getting us a hotel wheelchair -- they treated us like royaly.

We have been traveling all night, so it would've been nice to be able to check in an hour or two early. They did let us use the pool while we waited, so that was nice. Other than that, the hotel is great! Would stay again.

The hotel is located by the mall so that was really convenient. It is also close to the airport (MCO). The pool is huge. Friendly staff. Laundry on-site

The floors in our room were sticky!! UGH! Made me feela little disgusted, but I have crocks and I wore them around the room. Need a top comforter but we found the fuzzy sheet in the closet to keep us warm. The coffee was terrible! For the pric eyou pay get some brand name K-Cups. Bed was okay not soft enough for me, but my husband was fine with it. The pillows were great for a hotel! Great bathroom and shower, good job on design!

Great hotel, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was considering you are attached to one of the largest malls in Florida. We were right by the elevators but they have a sound barrier! Every hotel you should be using this design! Loved the security too, can't get to the rooms without a card key because your card key activates the elevator. The coffee in the room sucked. A brand name K-Cup please, especially for the price of this hotel. Loved how many restaurants were available right in the Mall so it made it very enjoyable to stay. We would stay again if we were going out of Sanford airport (which we were). Not very close to Disney it's half and hour away. But the location to the airport and downtown Orlando is great.

Very strict on check in time and check out time. Must check in at 4:00pm and no earlier Must check out by 11:00am with no exception. Luckily they were nice and gave us a key card to access the pool while waiting until 4pm. Beds are very squeaky. As long as do not move is ok.

We asked for three beds, there is no space in the bedroom for an extra bed and the one the hotel provided was very uncomfortable. When I booked with you, I received a message asking if I wanted an upgrade. I approved the upgrade but the room had the same facilities with or without the upgrade. I do not understand why I paid for an upgrade. The people and manager Sebastian. Said that the price is arranged by booking. Therefore, I was at fault because I did not make the reservation directly with the hotel. When I told the front desk woman that I am a regular visitor at the hotel, she did not believe I had already reserved a room for June. I needed to show the email confirmation Our beds were not done after our first night.

Staff was good but not very knowledgeable. We stayed there cause we thought my husband company conference was there and we were told just go upstairs and look for the room. Turns out it wasn’t even at the hotel but was on the mall property in another building across the parking lot

If something is advertised as a “city view” and to be stuck with a view of the roof and not a city in any direction. It’s pretty sad. If I didn’t feel like jumping out of a building before that moment, I did then.

I love the location. It’s clean. It’s cool. It’s nice. You get free water every day. Free ice. It has a lot of perks.

Really liked the location. Was perfect for getting over the jet lag from my flight. And getting any essentials needed with the mall so close. Room was great and bed was very comfy.
