Dirty bed sheet, and had issues with parking because we weren’t given a parking pass at check in.

The location was in perfect walking distance to major spots, and the room was incredibly spacious.

I enjoyed all of it. I had an issue with the toilet in my room, which was immediately fixed. The decor is a tad dated but so well-maintained that it’s a non-factor.

The staff goes above and beyond to be attentive. The facility is well-maintained and in a great, central location.

The price for self parking , 40 dollars was ridiculous. Our bed was a bit smaller than expected as was the room for a price close to 300 dollars.

The shower was the only part of the room that didn’t seem perfectly clean. There was mold in the caulking, and it needs to be updated. The blankets on the bed seemed thin and there were no options of extras in the closet. For the price of the room, I would’ve thought the bedding would’ve been a little more comfortable.

Floor 7 then floor 2 floor 7 was fine nice room and the bathroom was ok. Floor 2 was not really good, washing machine and dryer didn’t work. Kitchen was locked, bathroom sink didn’t work and shower ran out of hot water quick.

I like the quietness of the building and the location of the building. I thought the staff was nice but you need to tip. Seems like there was people that live there. The parking was expensive but right next door.

The housekeeping situation was less than ideal. It is not a big deal if housekeeping does not refresh the room daily, but it is inconvenient if they indicate that the room will be refreshed and it is not. We had to get our daily coffee packets from the front desk as they were not refreshed. This is a wonderful property and would be stellar if the housekeeping situation was sorted out!

The Georgian Terrace is a wonderful, historic hotel in a prime location. Our suite was spacious and well-furnished. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the concierge and historian, Trevor.

The water was lukewarm. Toileteries were not the best and needed better attention to whether they are full or not. Not enough elevators and there was traffic jam at them often

I realize it was a busy weekend but the bell/valet staff was incredibly overwhelmed, to the point that I was waiting 30 minutes+ for my car to be brought around. They were very professional and kind but it all took WAY too long.

The hotel as always is beautiful and beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is the perfect location for attending an event at the Fox theater. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful all the way from the bell staff to the front desk to the restaurant. They worked hard to make our experience better. I got regular questions by text from the front desk and they fixed or attempted to fix all issues.

I wish we were told that we had to request simple dishes, glasses, pots, or pans in advance for our stay, which had a full kitchen in it. It's kind of weird. Took a long time to get any extra needs, but I understand it was a busy weekend as well

I love that it was spacious and accommodating to my group of friends. The front desk was amazing and solved a concern with no issues
