We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was the same for all 3 mornings. Can you add Bacon and some other items to change it up for those that stay more then 2 nights. Also I think the floors could be vacuumed in the room more often.

Jonathan was very kind in the morning during breakfast. The staff overall is very kind and the night crew helped us get a few extras we needed. And the lady that cleaned our room was kind and met expectations.

The place wasn’t sharp like indicated in the pictures. The view around the property was very commercial/retail, and carnival. It wasn’t scenic at all. The building just seemed old and tired with cleanliness issues around and in the common areas around the elevators. ( Which is only at one far end of the building.) Parking sucked and was overcrowded as half of the parking lot was consumed by the neighborhood car gathering. Traffic around the town and lack of street signs made it difficult to locate. I booked it on a site that said it was a 4 start hotel. 2 if lucky.

The lobby and lounge area was ok. Breakfast was good.

First negative is check in time at 4 pm is to me a rip off. You pay for a full day but only get half a day. I ask for a ground floor so I wouldn't have to walk so far. Got put on 3rd floor where they are remodling rooms got put at the end of the halfway. Had to do alot of walking due to taking the dog out and with neuropathy that was hard. Next time to solve that problem I would ask for a handicap room. That was why I ask for ground floor. Bed was too hard but very nice and clean.

The room was very clean. The walk in shower was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good. Parking was great. Close to alot of attractions. Had bath n body shampoo ,conditioner, and body wash in bathroom,. That was awesome. It's very Dog friendly. The pool area was amazing.

I did not like the 4 pm check in. I didn't like that you can't leave your stuff there especially when you are already in town. I didn't like the we may or may not give you the $250 deposit back for bringing your dog. This deterred me from bringing my dog when I really wanted too and you charge $40 a night for something that isn't occupying a bed or eating your food! Also my TV didn't work right the first two days I was there!!!

I liked how clean it was! I loved the the 24 hour indoor pool and spa! I loved the breakfast buffet and I thought the staff was really nice!

My room was next to fire station. Thank goodness it didn’t have any alert that night. Also they will charge you $25 if you pass the check out time which was 11 am so not complementary late check out. Saw a few dogs. Carpets didn’t see that clean.

We liked the beds very comfortable and clean and the shower was nice. Breakfast was decent and clean.

Peaceful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub with fewer people than usual. No disturbances at night. No loud noises in hallway. One of my favorite things was the Bible open and the bookmark beside the bed and the staff was great.

The property was in a good location. Easy to get to really clean and nicely, put together. Glad they had a hot tub with the pool. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Even let us check in early because our room was ready to be checked into..

There were several remodels going on around the place, not that that is anyone’s fault just made it look a little more run down than normal. Our room had a chunk of molding missing in a corner in the bathroom, and not anyone’s fault but made it look a little bit run rough. My husband helped to temporarily fix the glass sliding doors in the front of the lobby, one was broken and one was unhinged.

Very well laid out, in a convenient area. A lot to do even just on the property. Love the pool being 24/7! This was the best hotel water pressure I have ever had!! It was amazing! Keri at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

The room was mediocre at best whole place is in need of remodeling. Paint peeling on ceiling and everything was dated. Pictures are from an earlier time and looks more worn upon arrival. Food was preheated frozen would have been better if freshly cooked.

It has a nice location. Staff was exceptional.

The check-in process was frustrating as our reservations weren't found for quite a while. The staff this time isn't too accommodating to needs or wants just seemed like they are there just for paycheck. The rooms could use a upgrade on the trash cans. We had dinner and brought it back and our plates didn't even fit in the trash can. The room trash can is the same size of the bathroom one (small). I wish the breakfast would have more cold options as well as the hot but that's no big deal..just a opinion to throw out there.

I loved the ambiance when you walk in. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast is great to have in the morning. We have stayed here before and our experience was phenomenal. I honestly think it's just depending on who is working on how your experience may go, hit or miss.

Breakfast was just ok. A lot of sugar items, eggs tasted rubbery, no vegetables.

Open lobby with comfortable seating and fireplace, staff were very friendly and seemed to care a lot about your needs. They were willing to microwave some food for me when my room microwave didn’t work, put in a work order immediately and tried accommodating my room request. Family friendly atmosphere. Pool was fun.
