The Contour is experiencing some pretty major issues right now. Across three days we, and others around us, experienced some dire service from the waiting staff. The manager did his best to rectify the situation but the wait staff have no clue what they are doing

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Great views, VERY comfortable room, and nice lobby lounge. But it’s the service that makes this a 5/5!!! Surprisingly good-sized room for Manhattan. Drink prices in the lobby bar were a little outrageous.

Didn't like to not have the room at a higher floor.

I love the room, the view and the room service food. But I have payed for a high floor with park view and I expected to have a higher floor then the one the hotel gave me. I have asked for a higher floor and was informed that they were closed. Not nice for an expensive hotel. Should have payed for a lower floor and would have get thesame view.

Shoe storage bench on entryway was missing and choice of wines in private bar in living would have been better as I upgraded to 1 bed room suite. Business center chair and computer desktop not ergonomically design and mismatch with chair height and table surface...wireless keyboard on one of desktop was not connected. I asked staff to fix it.
