Location was good close to the strip but away from the noises

The beds were very soft. The downstairs bathroom situation was awkward with a shower in the bedroom and toilet and sink in a separate powder room.

The townhouse was clean and conveniently located near the strip. It was very roomy with 2 king size bedrooms and 2 living areas.

No soap for dishes was supplied. The bedrooms were extremely cold. Master bedroom shower handle had to fidget with it for water to flow.

I didn't like whatever the smell in the apartment was-either the cleaner or an old cigarette smell, but it wasn't enough to prevent me from returning. The place was great.

These were very comfortable and so close to everything we did. I intend to return!

There was a coffee filter & grounds left in the sink from cleaning crew. Hair on bathroom floor. Things not moved when vacuuming.

The lights in the downstairs main bathroom were a little sketchy. My daughter said she wished the indoor pool was bigger. It says 6 ft, but at 5'3" I was standing in the deep end.

It was a nice stay while we were on vacation. I wish the kitchen was a little bigger, but it was ok. We enjoyed the pool everyday!

the unit was dirty, the unit was advised as a three bedroom, three bath, they did not say the bathroom facilities for one bedroom was in the hallway and the makeshift shower in that bedroom was very hard to figure out. one of the hair dryers was operational, but it could not be seated in its cradle and the exhaust fan was rattling. the unit was disappointing.

The only thing that was not perfect was there were several door knobs that were broken or wouldn't latch. This was a little bothersome since one one on a bathroom but other than that the place was great.

We had a large group with our Girl Scout Troop. The girls were able to spread out and the adults had private rooms. Plenty of space for the large group that we were. The place was clean and more than one bathroom!

Kitchen small couldn't walk in or out if the dishwasher was open. One drawer wouldn't open without opening the oven first. Indoor pool was pretty cold.

Great location, close to the strip. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. Walked to the Haygoods show.

took them 2 days to come fix the blinds that fell I don’t know if they even came so I fixed it myself when I came back on the second day and it still wasn’t fixed. was told security would bring a blanket to cover window to have privacy while we were at dinner he never came by. they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I understand they were most likely short staffed but when you are on grown level and people can see right through the window and you have to hide to change and go upstairs to take a shower is not fun.

I love that there ia plenty of room dor adults and kids to have their own space. Also,the fact that I can have clean clothes when I go home because of the washer ans dryer in the townhouse.

The kitchen was too small for a space offered to 12 people.

The pictures made the townhouse look very large and it was not. It was adequate but we would have needed more room for 11 people. The kitchen was very small!

The only negative thing I can say is our Master bedroom did not have a bathroom instead a huge shower unit was in the bedroom.

It was a bit confusing the location of the property due to recent name changes and the check in being at a property of a different name from what I booked.

The cleanliness of the unit was substandard. The distribution of towels was odd as well.

Overall the stay was good. Family was able spread out and still remain connected. Kitchen was awesome! Did have to rush out for breakfast as I was able to prepare that meal. Master bedroom on the main level was a plus!

This was above and beyond what we expected. The price was sensational, the location was hands down, and the cleanliness and comfort was bar none. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I wasn't aware that you had to share the balcony with other guest. I would have liked to had my own private balcony.

My family had an awesome stay the place had lots of space very clean was well stocked with everything very comfortable. Would love to stay again.

First of all the pictures on your site do not depict the room that I was given, A picture show a staircase and full kitchen.... I was given a studio apartment with a microwave And a bathroom As far as the room goes the pipes in the wall every time you would flush the toilet or run the shower would bang so loudly It sounded like someone was coming through the wall. 5 AM the neighbor and the other half flushed a toilet and again the banging on the walls woke up everyone. I thought they was trying to get in until I realized it was just the pipes. There was no hot water pressure it barely dribbled. Just overall dissatisfied with the room. Then to check into the location I was forced to talk to a timeshare sales person who wanted me to go to a 2 hour meeting. I do not like high pressure sales.

It was close to town, Decent access to all of the sites of Branson.
