my family wasn't comfortable in the room . and i was very upset of how dirty the room was , the tub was dirty the floor wasn't swept we ask for fresh lien just because of the way the room looked luckily we were there only for two days . so to make it comfortable for us we actually cleaned the bathroom and use disinfected spray. also our lock wasnt working and went out notknowing the lock was broken. Some outdoor security lights were out. Parking was not convenient. We were close to an outside door, but it could not be entered from outside.

This was a bare bones place. Everything worked but it was all cheap. The price was right. It had a good mini refrigerator but a small TV. Lighting was weak except in the bathroom

The front desk staff can be extremely rude, short, & dismissive of guests. They also try to make the guests do all the legwork to deal with any problems when you book through Booking.com rather than assisting you to resolve them. When I book I always pay the extra $3-4 to pay at the property rather than in advance. At least 3 times during my 3 weeks staying there I had the property accept my payment on site, then report me as a No Show to Booking.com, who then tried charging me the No Show fee at the request of the property. Either they don't understand how Booking.com works, or they just don't care. Either way, it shouldn't be my responsibility to notify Booking.com every time I pay for a reservation at the property, as my reservation gave me the option to do.

It's a former Motel 6, so the room interiors look exactly like you'd expect to see at a renovated Motel 6. The rooms are all large.

The tobacco smell that hits you in the face as soon as you open the door to your room I had to spray my own air fresher in the room that tobacco smell was irritating as hell

The bedding was comfortable the bathroom had a decent set up I would come back it's a decent spot they don't bother you or try to get more money out of you

They could be a little cleaner, and care that you have stayed there like 100 times. The staff knows your face and they sometimes smile but its not very genuine. i have stayed here a lot in 2022 and 2023 9 days in and they look as if they have no clue that I am a loyal customer. I make sure my room is clean and don't break anything but I guess they only remember you if you break and misuse something. But the price was right for the moment.
