The toilet was broken and it quite literally flooded from the tank out into the bathroom when we flushed it. I went to reception to get help and no one was there as it was late so we just had to use towels til the morning.

Location is great, just round the corner from Hollywood BLVD and the Walk of Fame. Bed was super comfy and the room was quiet.

There was no microwave or ice machine at the property. For this particular trip I made it work. But it was disappointing that I couldnt bring food at home and warm it up when I got hungry. So I had to step out to buy a hot meal and try to finish it. It is a small property. Just two floors. It would be nice to atleast have one microwave in the general area for guests to use.

I love the location and the staff was very accommodating. My flight got in early and they held my bags for free until check in. I also had a late flight and they held my luggage after check out for free.it worked well for my stay. If I have a short stay in LA, I would consider them again.

Had to pay for parking additionally, not a large sum by any means but this is my first stay in USA so I'm not sure whether that is something usual for hotels here or not.

Hotel and the room is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful, location is great just 15 min on foot from Hollywood Walk of Fame. Great value for money.

Wifi was terrible and couldn’t use it at all (I had a room at the end of the corridor so maybe got the weakest signal). Cleaning happens also in the evening so I found busy corridors and a bit of noise around 6pm.

Good location at walking distance to Dolby Theater and the walk of fame. There’s a cafe and a supermarket very near the hotel. The room really has everything you need and the staff is kind and helpful. TV comes with cable TV and many movies/channels are available also in Spanish. The lobby is small and has a vending machine for drinks. AC unit was the old type that wont let you set the temperature, you can only set high/low cold or heat, but that’s ok for the price of the room I guess. Plenty of power outlets in the room.

Folks, I don't know what you use to clean your rooms, or what kind of air freshner you use, but it's the most horrific "clean" smell I ever smelled in a hotel room. It's so strong that even a week later back in Europe my coat still smelled like it. No matter how long I kept the window open, that cheap chemical cleaner smell simply didn't want to leave my clothes. Stop using it, it really made my stay unpleasant, which is a shame because besides that I don't have any major complaints except the entire hotel could use a renovation.

No frills at all, which is OK. The only real issues we had were a strong fragrance from whatever the cleaners used to clean the room, and a rather moisy air conditioner.

Room was very clean and had a surprisingly comfortable bed. The location is outstanding, being a short walk from the Hollywood walk of fame and plenty of tour options nearby. There is a 10% discount at a nearby cafe for breakfast. The room was cheap for the area and felt secure.

They need to buy new towels. Parking is two blocks away and it doesn't seem to be secure.

Toilet positioned directly in front of sink in a tight area was a little weird. Plenty of room a foot over towards tub.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance from Hollywood Blvd., and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for a while after the check-out, what helped us a lot. We appreciated it!

The only thing is if you want to get your clothes washed, can only be done at a certain time of the day, so once the time has passed, gotta wait till the following day to be able to do it, as well as having to pay an extra fee to get it done, just was a little bit of a hassle for a basic amenity of getting clean clothes. The wifi was also not the best. It served me fine mostly, but there were definitely moments I preferred to just use my data as it was faster.

The property was in a great location, within walking distance to Hollywood Walk Of Fame and other great attractions, as well as close to public transportation, including the subway. It was very clean, and room service was always available for everything you needed.

Great location for our 2 day stay…. Close to Hollywood Boulevarde… great cafes and restaurants close by. As two female travellers we felt very safe in the area and the motel room was comfortable and clean.

Small but good hotel with great location, a short walk from Hollywood Blvd. and the Hollywood/Vine subway station. Good shower, excellent mattress. There is an easy-to-use safe to store more valuable belongings. The staff is attentive, seeks solutions to problems immediately and receives online shopping orders even before the customer checks in. And there's a 24-hour CVS a block away. :) For all this, it is great value for money.
