Breakfast option was quite limited and the small area available for guests was not able to cope with the demand on our fitst day. The room we had was small but it did meet all our basic requirements.

A great location and well organised team there for our arrival. Location felt very safe and was in reasonable walking distance from the main attractions.

Updated decorations on the walls and new pillows would have been nice. There was very little place to hang clothes. Maybe a couple hooks in the shower for towels/ bathing suits.

My particular room wasn’t super comfortable. It was maybe an attic space that was converted to a room with slanted ceilings and a 3/4 high wall to separate the bathroom from the sleeping area. Not even room for a small table w/ 2 chairs. We had our muffin and coffee sitting at the edge of bed off our night stands. Would come back but would need a better room.

Location is perfect, could not be better. Right on the center of Duval St. so you can walk everywhere. Lovely grounds and pool area. Very kind attentive staff. Moderate fair price.

It was extremely small. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Sometimes we even had to switch it off because it would go off and come on three to four times in the same 2 minutes..

booking.com did not mention just continental breakfast in the outside pool area, which was very uncomfortable when it was raining and it was all self-service, throw-away style (sustainable??) and the buffet ran out of the little supplies it had constantly incl coffee, and the kitchen staff reacted annoyed when asking for more, not acceptable for the high seasonal price.

Great central location, very comfortable room, detached upstairs, lots of windows providing light and little porch outside for us to use, valet parking was uncomplicated and included and the recommendations from the front desk were very good.

I didn’t like the parking situation at all. It was scary trying to back out when we checked in. We never used our rental car when we were there. When we left, our car was so hard to get out of the space. I was afraid we were going to hit something. I think someone should have taken our car out of the check in area and brought it to us when we were leaving.

The area was nice and close to most everything we wanted to do. The room was cozy and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast there any day. The pool area was really pretty.

The fans and the a/c unit were very loud. The sheets on the bed were too small and came off the corners every time you sat on the bed.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Quaint! Cute! Pool and pool area was clean. Water available. Coke - no Pepsi! 😉. Felt safe and secure.

The room was pretty small on the first floor with quite narrow stairs. No closet and barely the space for 2 luggages around the bed. The noise of the air conditioning made it impossible to keep it on during the night. Breakfast is a self service buffet: we had to dry our own chairs and table from the night rain and to clean our table after eating. Considering the cost of the room, we would have expected something more.

The guesthouse is right in the city center close to most of the points of interest, everyone at reception was kind and helpful and having a private parking right next to the guesthouse was really useful. Our bathroom was pretty big as well as the bed, which was comfortable and wide.

The breakfast ended way to soon, the water pressure was 1 out of 10, they needed to add insulation around the doors and windows b/c the AC is just pouring out and the AC had to run none stop.

I didn't particularly like our room. The walls were paper thin so you could hear the guests next door and the air conditioning was very loud. The room also was not equipped with a full size ironing board. It also wasn't serviced every day but there were no extra towels or toilet paper provided to cover for extra days.

The location on Duval St was perfect. It was walking distance to all shops and restaurants and our car was parked for free. The bed was comfy and the continental breakfast was better than we expected.

The humidity levels exceeded our expectations, and it would be beneficial to find ways to reduce it. Additionally, the drain in the bathtub was not functioning properly, which was disappointing.

The breakfast is truly delightful, and the location couldn't be more perfect.

A/C was a pain to adjust should have left instruction sheet. Took almost two days before I got it adjusted to where I was either not sweating thru the night or freezing. NOISY but again that is what was expected and did not bother us we where there to party.

Did not stay in main building but in the secondary building. Very nice private Pool. Really private location considering how close we where to the main drag. Great for couples not so much for kids. Noisy but that is what you get when you go to Key West and Stay on Duval st. During Spring break. Close to everything. Rent a Bicycle you will thank me. Staff was friendly really did not see them or need to.

We have been to KW many times, first time staying here. GiGi was wonderful when we checked in, very nice and explained everything. Close walking to everything. We would definitely stay again

Our first night stay was room #106 which was right on Duval St by the main office. When we checked in we were happy with the size but come night time it was very bright and loud as it was right next to a bar with loud music. Also there was glass being emptied by the bar most of the night. I asked the staff member the next morning if I could switch rooms and she said no problem and gave us a quieter room in the back.

Overall location was great being right on Duval St and being able to walk everywhere including Mallory Square, Sloppy Joe's and The Hemingway house. We liked the beautiful view from our room's patio of the trees and flowers overlooking the pool. Breakfast was conveniently located. Had good options that included muffins,toast,fruit, yogurt and OJ to name a few. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean, we would stay here again.
