Super dated and definitely in need of some cosmetic updates, the two pools were dirty, we had to move rooms because of an issue which put us in a smaller room, the shower knobs felt like they would break if you turned them just enough(the shower heads were also awkwardly low for a 5'11 person to use), the floors were definitely in need of a good mopping, and the bedding needs to be refreshed(flat sheets as fitted sheets, 1 pillow per person which were flat and lumpy, and really old looking mattress covers).

The beds were comfortable, the fridges were adequate, the checkin/checkout was super smooth, the location was super convenient to the boardwalk and had a family dollar right across the street. Plenty of parking spaces. 115 for the night seemed reasonable if your expectations are low.

it was a smaller ground floor room in the smaller annexed motel. the bathroom was tiny in vintage pink and grey tile,a tiny shower and plumbing was reversed so at first I truly thought there was no hot water,even when I realized it took a very long time to get to warm then eventually hot. while the place was generally clean, there were some maintenance issues grout stains from mold.

price was one of the lowest so I was concerned about cleanliness. the room was neat and clean. the sheets were clean and had a fresh scent. host was pleasant upon arrival, and housekeeping was cheerful in the morning while making her rounds. parking was convenient as there were very few people. the ac worked well. just dropped key to checkout.

The man who checked us in kept tryna find ways to scam us out of our cash he kept making things up that we had to pay him for but cash only

Cons: Parking, black mold in shower, no shampoo or conditioner in shower, motel in overall need of maintenance and updating, very loud partgygoers at the pool until midnight on Sunday right outside our door. Please do a major cleaning/repair of moldy showers. Rooms need painting and small repairs/updating. Please put shampoo and conditioner in showers. Better way to enforce quiet hours after 9pm so that guests aren't disturbed by partygoers late at night.

Pros: Amazing location to beach and boardwalk, good price compared to other motels, friendly and welcoming staff, two decent swimming pools, easy checkin and checkout, Family Dollar across the street so easy to buy shampoo/conditioner.

I didn't like the doors of the rooms, they need to be fixed. Door knob don't work. My brother was sleeping and someone walked in.

The curtain in our room was messed up didn't close all the way so could see in our room all the time .bathroom. Door didn't close all the way.tv didn't work

I didn't like getting woken up at 12-1 am because of young people throwing a late party or walking around in a drunken stupor. the place is out dated and our room had some things broken in it(one power outlet,there was no screen in window in bathroom,hold in bathroom wall that someone tried to cover with toilet paper,looked like someone punched the bathroom door,and on lamp by bed was cracked) Cleaning could have been a little better, soon as we got there we had to touch up some things. I seen what they had for cleaning supplies and well they could use an upgrade on what they have for sure.

I loved the location,close to the boardwalk and beach,even had a family dollar right across the street if you need anything. A/C worked great,and The manager was super friendly,randomly upgraded our room for free when I got there.

For the price I will not complain, it was safe, the bed comfy, and the bathroom clean. The staff was very nice. I'm there for the beach not to hang out in my room.

Location! It's not a 5 star motel, it's old but, it's clean. Pool was in front of my room. Noisy but hey! It's Vacation. My only complaint is why was someone dragging trash cans around outside at 3:30 am in the morning?

I didn't like that the person at the front desk told me the information I got from booking.com was false and even though I received a confirmation mail that I was not going to be charged a fee for early check in he told me that was a lie and I shouldn't listen to booking.com and charged me anyway. He also told me I couldn't have the early check-in time that they confirmed with me, and I had to wait longer to get in. In my opinion, that is false advertising and it is not my problem that he did not agree with the company he was advertising his room with.

Close walk to the boardwalk and event. The price was also desirable..
