There was a gross bathmat in the bathroom. I had to shower with my flip flops on. The baby part of the pool was very dirty looking.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. There was visible dirt and grime built up in the cracks and corners throughout the space. The bathrooms were not clean and are extremely outdated, which made them feel unpleasant to use. Upon arrival, there was no shower curtain, which was inconvenient. These issues made the stay far less comfortable than expected.

The location was excellent—being extremely close to the boardwalk made it very convenient for us to enjoy local attractions. Additionally, the two pools were a great feature, and my children really enjoyed spending time in them.

Dirty. No hot water at kitchen sink. Only one pool open. Ac in one bedroom is missing knobs. Ac was plugged into an Extension cord! No outlets in Bedrooms. Bare bulbs above dresser in one bedroom. It looked NOTHING like the room advertised. Inches of dust under beds.

Walking in the room had an odor, like dirty water, The bathroom was gross, the soap dispenser was broken, the toilet was lose, the showers have some gross nasty mat at the bottom, it looked like loofah material, I can't even imagine what it's harboring. Lamp shade was all broken and cracked. Lastly, I had booked a king-size room & didn't get it.. when we said something, we were told there weren't any left. My husband was 'ok' with it. But I wouldn't go back, I will check other surrounding motels next time. (Not the facilities fault, but there were some VERY loud people in the room next to us at 2:30am)

It is a great location! Super close to the boardwalk and right next to a family dollar, so if you forget one or two things or need a quick snack, it's right there!

The pool was not cleaned until Saturday. Room the bed headboard looked as if it was stabbed with something. Bathroom door looked as if it was punched and had a hole in it. Showed both to the girl that was in the office. We had a problem with the key to the door. We received 2 keys if not we would not be able to get into our room. Tell them to use pictures uf the motel as it looks now. The Rite Aid shown in the picture was there when I first went to property that is why I chose the motel this time. I asked if there were TVs in both bedrooms that was a lie. I will NEVER EVER stay at that motel again.

We went on the boardwalk but did not go to the beach. But we did eat and my grandkids did go on the amusements.

The was hole at the bottom of the front door. The window in the bathroom didn’t close . Another family was leaving at same time and told me about bed bugs and showed me the video of them. I was horrified and got my key back to check the beds!! I didn’t see anything but when I got home I made sure I washed everything in hot water. For the price I paid about $480 it should be nicer and also not the fear of getting bed bugs!! Not coming back

The rooms weren't clean, and there was mold in the shower, so we didn't use it at all. Also the TV didn't work and they never gave us the wifi

Hole in door of motel so bugs got in .no maid service so no bed change.and no extra toilet paper unless I bought.wet spots in ceilings no elevator

Parking is a joke you have to leave your keys by the TV in the room so they can move cars. Place was dirty and people swimming at 1am is ideal.

When we got their the room we were given was destroyed holes in the door missing furniture. We had to go ask for another which was a downgrade from the room we booked with a kitchenette. I feel we should be compensated the difference as the room we ended up in wasn’t much better the door was at some point kicked in and the lock was not that secure. The mirror in the bathroom you could barely see your self in. There were holes in the ceiling and one part of the ceiling was caving in. The staff was ok but very hard to get ahold of when needing something. Over all would never stay there again very disappointed.

I think they need to fix the locks and doors. They were hard to open, and sometimes, it got stuck.

I didn’t like that the 2bedroom apartment only had 1 TV in the entire 2 bedroom apartment that had a living room. That was bad. Also windows were broken out and was replaced with cupboard. That was very unsafe and allowed insects to come in.

I liked the location, and that the staff promptly addressed issues and concerns and was friendly.

The out dates furniture. The then bath towels. The missing glass in some windows, all the steps, the rooms aren’t to handicap friendly. A lot of strange people but they were also very friendly people. You didn’t know who worked there and who was just customers. The steel steps were quite scary Mayb there should be 2 railing on each staircase. The dishes are old and wasn’t that clean upon check in.

I liked the location and how friendly the staff was. I handled issue’s immediately with care and concern and showed empathy. The property is out dated. Some of The windows was missing glass and covered up with cupboard and duct tape and that’s a security/safety issue. We LOVED to 2 pools!!! That’s was an amazing treat!!!

Loud at night. No staff around you have to call every time you want something. There’s way to many lights to close to the windows feels like daytime in the middle of the night.

Super dated and definitely in need of some cosmetic updates, the two pools were dirty, we had to move rooms because of an issue which put us in a smaller room, the shower knobs felt like they would break if you turned them just enough(the shower heads were also awkwardly low for a 5'11 person to use), the floors were definitely in need of a good mopping, and the bedding needs to be refreshed(flat sheets as fitted sheets, 1 pillow per person which were flat and lumpy, and really old looking mattress covers).

The beds were comfortable, the fridges were adequate, the checkin/checkout was super smooth, the location was super convenient to the boardwalk and had a family dollar right across the street. Plenty of parking spaces. 115 for the night seemed reasonable if your expectations are low.
