Everything was more than perfect. The house is like from fairytale, located right next to the shore in quiet neighborhood but few minutes walk from vibrant city of Tivat. Fully equipped for all necessary staff with beutifull space in the garden to sit and enjoy greenery. Special thank you to the host Aleksandra that was so nice and at disposal for everything needed. I will definetly go back!

Very pleasant stay with charming staff. The location is on a busy road but with windows closed, insulation is actually quite good. It is a short and pleasant walk to the seafront.

The location is perfect, quiet and has everything to plan a relaxed vacation. The staff is wonderful, special mention to Aleksandar from the reception, who has been extremely helpful from our arrival to our departure.

Excellent boutique hotel located within a scenic 30min drive of old town Kotor and only an hour south of Dubrovnik airport (depending on the border crossing). Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms, with a small, but relaxing spa area. Their restaurant across the street on the beach was exceptional.

It's sort of art deco ambience and the vine covered terraces as well as the view over part of the gulf of Kotor from our tiny balcony. It is kept spotlessly clean and the bed is really comfortable . Staff are very attentive and friendly. It seems to attract a charming collection of guests from a variety of European countries .

We feit very welkome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was excellent. The food in the restaurant was very good too. I was there for my birthday, I was surprised with a cake from the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and felt very welcome. Will definitely recommend it to others and visit it again.

It's a very nice cozy hotel in a great location. We had a beautiful room with everything we needed. The beach place is nice and not overcrowded. It was especially enjoyable to have breakfast overlooking the bay. The staff was friendly and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We are grateful for such a warm welcome. It would be a pleasure to visit this hotel again:)
