Location is excellent, you have everything you need around you. Room was very warm and clean. Good service too. Very satisfied. We got a bottle champagne and sweets from hotel on New year's eve.

Staff was nice and accommodating. I left very early, before breakfast time, and they prepared a lunch box for me. Hotel is new and clean, very quiet, which is surprising given its location, close to the center. It is easy to walk around and everything is super close. Bed was super soft, shower nice and hot with good water pressure. The window in my room could not be opened, but there is ventilation and AC.

We like this hotel (and Lviv) so much that we came back 4 weeks after our first visit. The staff are helpful and arranged an airport pickup and drop off. Location is great. Not a problem that they don't serve breakfast because we'd just walk down to Baczewski's every morning. Heated floors in the bathrooms are nice too.

Appartment was spacy, elevator was working, it was rainy but the hotel had umbrella to borrow. Breakfast was delicius
