The host was absolutely incredible! She took the time to explain attractions of the island, gave local recommendations of places to eat and have drinks, the best beach clubs and even recommended a place to hire scooters. We stayed in a more basic room (from what I could see) but the accomodation was more than comfortable- the bed was great, fan helped us to cool down and the shower was always hot. We made use of the shared kitchen which was always clean, and one could even buy snacks and drinks from the "honesty bar" section. The outdoor/patio furniture was a lovely place to spend the afternoon. The location of the accomodation was perfect, about 400m walk from ferry stop and so close to downtown with restaurants literally across the street. P.S. the snorkel tour which was recommended (with Carla) was amazing! We saw rays, turtles, star fish, a variety of fish and lots of corals.

The entire staff was wonderful, from check in to check out, every person was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the restaurant on site was convenient and the food was good. The pool was nice as well as happy hour each evening. Ocean access across the bridge, we did some snorkeling. We will definitely be back.

It offers a hot tub, sauna and 3 outdoor pools, one with waterslides. excellent facilities especially if you have kids. beach at the property, pools and many daily activities. b l d and drinks included. friendly staff and a point which i love it they never look or expected tips from you ( in exchange very much appreciated though if you can offer some)

The people working there are incredibly nice and will go out of their way to make you happy. The hotel has a lot of character, is sparkly clean and right in the city center close to everything. Great location on the malecón. Extremely clean. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Roomy and well laid out. We had a little table and chairs, a mini fridge and plenty of cupboard and closet space. Good value. We would definitely book again if we return to Cozumel.

The personnel was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh made omelets. I loved the small beach and the setting for swimming in the sea.

Facing the beachfront, Secrets Aura Cozumel - Adults Only offers 5-star accommodation in Cozumel and features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre. Very good concierge services - booked some last minute diving for us. Friendly staff and good beach services. Overall very relaxing experience.
