Set in a 15th-century building, Prinsenhof offers individually decorated rooms. It features the Prinsenhof Gardens, a renaissance-style courtyard with a landscaped rose and herb garden. The hotel was located in a quiet corner of Groningen old city. It is a former monastery that is surrounded by gardens and within walking distance of the Martini Tower and the old town. I really enjoyed my room that had a great view of the garden. It was spacious and comfortable and had a great bathroom attached. I also enjoyed the minibar which was included. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely, fully equipped, very comfortable, the hosts are very nice and friendly, they gave us advice about restaurants, supermarket, and other things. Location is great, can be reached by foot from the main station and it is very close to the center.

Situated 12.3 km from national park Lauwersmeer, Landgoed Wilgenheerd is located in Wehe-den Hoorn. You will find a garden here. Free WiFi access is also available. It was rural which was great as we were traveling with a dog. There was a living room/ kitchen where we could make tea/ coffee and a fridge with wine , beer and soft drinks fir a small charge. The room was large and colourfully finiished- such a difference from the usual white bed clothes and towels you usually get! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very cool!The breakfast provided was excellent. I’m just sorry we weren’t staying longer as there were water activities available.

Beautifully designed rooms with very tasteful style and decor. The room I was assigned had a great balcony overlooking the canal. Great views and perfectly located in the heart of the old town. Will definitely visit again and stay in the same hotel.

Van der Valk Hotel Groningen-Westerbroek is located a 5-minute car ride from Groningen and next to a beautiful natural area. The hotel offers free parking. the people more respectful, it was wonderful night.

Hotel Halbert is situated in one the most beautiful streets in Groningen, in the middle of the historical centre. The hotel rooms feature extra long beds and WiFi is available throughout the property.... Hotel is super clean. Really friendly employees. Every guest received a little gift for nicholas day. That was really kind. Romm was clean.
