Very friendly staff, good food, very clean, Man behind the desk, Ben, was outstanding!!! He helped with limo sevice, etc. Room was comfortable, TV worked well, room temperature good. However, telephone, never hooked up so unable to communicate with front desk, order food etc., No newspapers, No maid service when I asked for it after I was asked if I wanted it.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good (lots of options - fruit, cereal, eggs, waffles, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal etc), the location was perfect, an easy 5 minute walk to Mall of America and easy to get to, the staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.
