If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

Clean. Spacious room. Outstanding en-suite. Unfailingly courteous and helpful staff. Terrific menu with excellent meals, locally sourced ingredients (venison pie to die for). Nothing too much trouble. Flexible re check in/out if possible (but pre-arrange). Perfect for the theatre/cinema (two minute stroll).

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. If you like walking there are great walks and history walks too!

The area looked beautiful but unfortunately we were only able to stay overnight for a friends funeral. We had to be back in London that evening for a prebooked event. Will definately go back again to explore the area.

The area of Malvern is beautiful as always but we did not actually visit the town of Malvern this time. When we have previously visited the town we found it had character but a bit of a challenge for older folks due to it being hilly. It is still worth a visit though.
All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The brand new bathroom had a tiny installation fault and they had the plumber in the next morning to try to fix it. I asked for whatever fruit was fresh with yoghurt for breakfast and Jeremy asked if there were anything he could get at the market to make our breakfasts even better. A whole platter of fresh fruit showed up!
All guests were greeted individually and his quirky sense of humour showed he was paying attention to everyone's personality.
Excellent location, owners couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was first class, lots of choice, great service. Large double room, clean, comfortable with windows that open, not always the case with many hotels. Some nice touches - tea/coffee making etc. Bathroom / shower was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to return when next in the area. Car parking not a problem for us.
The hosts were very friendly and eager to ensure every guest’s stay was enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with all expected facilities and there was a good choice of excellent breakfasts. A small family run hotel which couldn’t be bettered. A good parking area was available, a delightful garden, a lounge and honesty bar. We couldn’t have been more at home.
Staff were really nice and accommodating given my work schedule and how late I would be getting in.
I couldn’t make breakfast as I had to leave early but room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even by the road side.
Parking just outside hotel feels safe as vehicle is in eye view of room and off road.
The position of and resultant views from the hotel were great. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly, yet professional and efficient. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
Direct walking access up on to the Malvern Hills was fantastic!

Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Great restaurant serving a la carte menu for dinner. Ideal location for Britsh Camp in Malvern. We managed to park on hotel car park, however parking can be difficult especially at the weekend.
Warm welcome. Spacious clean well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Walk in wardrobe and plenty of additional storage. Lovely continental breakfast eaten in the conservatory with stunning views of the Malvern hills.

Loved the old-world, cozy feel of the building. Nice bar and restaurant. Had a good place to park my motorcycle. Great food, both dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful building with great views towards Worcester and beyond. Free parking was helpful and it was conveniently located to the main attractions in Great Malvern.
Breakfast, room and location were excellent. There’s a beautiful garden across the road in front of the hotel. It’s not obvious that it’s part of the hotel so don’t miss it.
Location excellent in the heart of Great Malvern. Felt safe in the hotel and happy with Covid measures that are in place. Breakfast very good and plenty of choice for me.
