I had an extremely disappointing experience at my current hotel, from the lack of hospitality to the discourteous behavior of the reception staff. Their tone was unpleasant, and they were incredibly rude. Today, when I inquired about the breakfast location, one of the receptionists provided incorrect guidance, which was both uncomfortable and rude. Furthermore, when I attempted to express my concerns to another receptionist about her colleague's behavior, she seemed to have limited understanding of English. However, when I switched the topic to requesting a late check-out, she miraculously understood every word I said. Later, I received a call from her manager granting my request for a late check-out, for which I am grateful. However, despite this accommodation, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to the receptionists' lack of responsiveness and their poor treatment towards me.
