We've stayed twice at Alhambra and we've had the same room both times! Our room was small but we are not there for the size of our room. The man at the front desk actually remembered us from our first visit and smiled at us. After a long train ride, that was such a lift! So don't be upset by our saying our room was small - someone else may live for more space.

The location is good for getting into the City quickly on the Metro. It is a quiet location and we didn't spend much time in the area during the day. we went to church in St. Agnes for Sunday Mass and we ate out near the Metro on 2 evenings. The Meat Steakhouse (not bad) and La Nonna (better). We had Pizza from the Pizza Hut that was great late at night. We did a bit of shopping in the supermarket near the Appart/Hotel and found the owners very friendly and chatty. We had a drink in the Tabac/Bar opposite and did the Lotto while waiting for a shower to pass. We really didn't spend long enough in the area to do it justice as I would have liked to walk around there a bit more and see some of the Bois de Vincennes and the confluence of the rivers Seine and Marne. Another time perhaps.

Saint-Maurice borders on Charenton which borders on Paris.
Saint-Maurice borders on Charenton which borders on Paris. Both districts lie on the southern edge of the Bois de Vincennes which thus is very easily accessible for walking, jogging, cycling, rock-climbing, and for its zoo. Although they are technically beyond the Paris city boundary they are well connected by metro and buses.
We ate very well at Le Chalet https://maps.app.goo.gl/vEWuprJMRGKTqoRx9 and can recommend it.

The experience was pleasant, the linen very good, the area is very beautiful. The connection with the center is very well done by metro or bus, so much so that you have to reserve an extra half hour of your time. This place offers privacy, the area is very quiet, full of greenery. The building and the room are very spacious. Was very good! I will come back definitely.

We were there for Paris and stayed at St Maurice because of the great deal we got at this hotel. If you want to visit Paris, then include long commutes in your planning, although it is well-connected to Paris by buses and trains. Other than that, it is a nice, green, beautiful area.
First time in an Ibis Budget hotel and definitely hooked for life now. Extremely affordable, great value with all the necessities, uncluttered, basic room with toilet, shower, basin, beds, towels, TV and a small desk area. Room was cleaned daily and room was left spotless every time. Reception and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even after we arrived after 2am the first night as a result of transit delays. Breakfast which we had the one morning was delicious, plentiful, fresh and not at all expensive. Extremely highly recommended!
Very nice and clean. We had a very pleasant stay and decided to stay one more night. Great and helpful staff that all speak english. They even lend me some tools for setting up an exhibition in Paris over the weekend. The rooms and especially the bathroom is very spacious. We made breakfast and sometimes lunch in the kitchen and all we needed was there. Everything fresh and looks new. Comfortable bed. Quiet and no noise from traffic. Highly recommend it!
The hotel is far from Paris centrum but the metro station is 10 minutes' walking distance. With metro the major attractions are at average of 45 minutes' distance.
There are two supermarkets around and some restaurants.
The personnel is helpful and speaks good English. The hotel is much better than the average hotel in Paris.
The room heating could be adjusted from the heater thermostat.
It's a hotel were I could return in the future.
The service ist great and helpful
The room was very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay in Paris for a regular price.
The place is a bit outside, but I think it's nice because it's a quiet and warm place to get out from Trouble...from the hotel to the city you need maybe 30-60 minutes by metro/train. In front of the hotel is a bus station which you can use or a train station 15 minutes by walk.
The trade-off is clear - you get an excellent stay option for an excellent price (relative to central Paris) if you are willing to spend some time commuting using the Metro line. For us it worked really well. The suburb is also pleasant and felt safe. Thanks for the lovely employee who lent me her earring to handle my smartphone, I'm sorry that I forgot your name :-)
for me, the choice was convenience, as I needed to be on the East end of Paris, with a dedicated parking spot.
there is a noisy side of the property and a quiet side.. by requesting the quiet side, i was treated to a much larger room. the staff is very friendly, and readily available. the breakfast is worth the money.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious in comparison to many similar hotels in Paris, the air conditioning worked well and the room was soundproofed quite well (considering the room gave on a rather busy avenue). The breakfast was tasty (did not have any hot items, but that is not typical of a French breakfast).
Was a great stop in between Disney and paris. Lovely little Italian restaurant up the street. Staff very helpful as it was extremely hot in the room they gave us a fan. Lift straight from car park to our floor was great no dragging round heavy suitcases.
staffs were really friendly and super helpful. check in and check out were done quickly. room was super clean with a great view of the river. the location was close to the Metro (7-9 min walk). it was a super new hotel. i highly recommend it to you.
It is suburb of Paris, but métro is near (600 m), supermarkets and boulangerie too. For Parisian circumctances our appartement was very spacy, fully equipped (kitchen), everything seems to be new. Air conditioning OK, very good acoustic windows.
The apartment is nice, well-decorated, and has many facilities like kitchen, etc. The price is reasonable compared with other apartments and hotels in Paris. The location is fine, quite near several public transport stations.
The suite is spacious, nearby metro station (about 7 minutes walking) and several markets and restaurants. Confortable and clean, it’s a good place if you want a place to sleep after visiting Paris for the day.
Nice stay in Paris at an affordable price. A bit far from metro/train station, but manageable. Comfy room but a bit chilly in there. Bathroom ok with hairdryer. Overall, a good place to spend the weekend.
The Staff was nice, they were nice in general. There was a man who was really polite but I forgot his name. By the way, another thing that I liked it was the hotel was cleaned. I liked in general
very cheap buffet breakfast for less than €9 euro. the staff are also accommodating even though we arrived after midnight. the grocery is at the back of the hotel.
Hotel was over our expectations, you look for Budget stay and you get more then you pay. Friendly staff and clean room(towels changed and bed made everyday).
