We were switched rooms three different times. The first time, our key did not work. The second time it only had one king bed, which was not suitable for our family of 5 (the description said one king bed, and one full bed). The third time it was two double beds. By that time we were so tired after driving 10+ hours that we just fell asleep. We did not sleep good at all because we were all squished . We didn’t have anything cold to drink because the mini fridge in our room didn’t even work. The devil room was also $15 cheaper than what I paid for (which was a king bed AND a full bed). We talked to the front desk, woman the next morning and she told us that Booking.com had the description of the room wrong. It was just a horrible experience . Not to mention the smell through the hallway and in our room was horrendous.!!!
