We were caught in an emergency only road use situation. Was happy to get a reasonable rate. I'm elderly...traveling with my son. The lady registering us put us in a room with 2 queen beds & on the 1st floor.
The beds were comfortable. Street noises weren't bad.
The free coffee was fresh & plentiful.

We were there in July, so college students were not there and the town was pretty quiet. There are a lot of shops, bars and places to eat and it has a nice vibe. We are planning a trip back when school is in session to see what it’s like.

The town of Missoula is very nice.
The town of Missoula is very nice. The people are super friendly!
The reason we travelled to Missoula was for a concert at the Kettle house Amphitheater which was an easy drive from the hotel.
We briefly visited the downtown area of Missoula and would definitely go back on another visit.
It was easy to get around Missoula.
We enjoyed Freddy’s Hamburger - excellent spot !
A secret gem in Missoula. Clean, nice, and perfectly outfitted for an extended stay. This was a nice surprise during out stay, and we feel we got excellent value overall. The location next to the train tracks might be off-putting to some, but it did not affect us. Others might be bothered by having to drive a few miles to downtown or the traffic on the main road if you’re trying to make a left turn out, but these were minor inconveniences that we honestly didn’t even notice.
I thought I had booked for the location on Reserve Street.
I phoned to confirm the room i was told it was at the Brooks Street location
When we arrived we found the lobby full of painters and the strong odor of paint.
I felt they should have told us when I spoke with them just moments before that they were painting the lobby and breakfast area.
Nicely located for walking to all things downtown. Rooms are designed in an upscale, industrial style. Bottled soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in bathroom rank among highest of any hotel. Parking turned out to be ok and reasonable on the street by the Wren and able to pay on line.
Hotel beds were comfy, spacious room, in a good location in the main town of Missoula, can walk to most places. We checked out very early but our flight was delayed and the guy at reception let us back into our room for a few hours which was a bonus.
Everything was great, and staff was very friendly. We are in Missoula at the end of April every year, for a bike event, and will definitely stay here again next year.
Nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The room was very warm even with unit off but otherwise fine, good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.
the location near the university and downtown Missoula was convenient. Also the river nearby the property is beautiful. the fire pits are a nice touch.
