We had an amazing time based on the experience and location. Staff Some reception staff just didn't have the right customer service skills you expect but we chose to walk away as it wouldn't be fair to the characters, shop, restaurant/bar, cleaning and concierge treams that were impeccable and really did go out of thier way to build the magical memories the hotel promises thankyou! Food We dined at the Royal banquet and the food and experience was unforgettable and well worth the money. Experience My dream makeover, character dining and princess encounters were amazing, my LO felt extra special as they were greeted as royalty for the whole stay.l Location and price You pay for being at the door step to Disneyland and the detail of the hotel decor was perfect.

The foyer and communal areas were amazing. Modern, spacious, immaculate. Happy to lounge and have a drink and the kids loved the play area. A short train or bus ride, less than fifteen minutes and you arrive at Disney or the mall, really relaxing. The staff are lovely and helpful, the breakfast is great. The hotel is charmingly designed, especially for children. The rooms are tiny and there is no closet, but really this is negligible compared to all the advantages.

Good location for visiting Disney, (allowed for quickly returning for a few hours rest late afternoon). Parking seems secure and there was plenty of space when we visited. Nice breakfast.

There is a swimming pool. Disneyland is easily commutable, just take the train at Val D'Europe Stn and it's 1 stop away. Breakfast facilities and nearby shops were useful. The hotel has a good coffee machine. There is a nice and clean car park and very helpful reception staff, manned for 24 hours. Receptionist helped us to get a cab from the Val D'Europe station to hotel at midnight.
